Time Travel is always a bit iffy for me since there is just so much potential for breaking things. (Logic Included)
So I'd prefer it if we set very very strict rules for what is possible and what not.

As I mentioned, I've seen an ability like it before, and it was really hard to counter. So my main questions are; In what direction(s) can he time travel, can he directly affect the timeline with his time travel abilities, and can he perform this trick indefinitely or does he have a limitation?

yeah started off as a goofball with one of the lamest outfits ever but after identity crisis reworked himself into an evil version of oracle. Corrodinating the villians into a union setup...being paid for his services in setting things up for them. you want deathstroke to protect you from heroes...call the calculator. Want an offshore account set up to hide you ill gotten gains call the calculator. need hot info to screw over that hero you keep running into? you call the calculator

I've got two ideas that I'll lay out for you. I may pick one, or use both, but I just want to see what you think of them first.
One is basically an expy of the Joker, but toned down so he'll fit within the RP. Basically, an evil but affable kind of guy with a weird sense of humor. Not sure what they'd have for abilities, but it'd be something that lends itself well towards trickery. Shapeshifting, illusions, maybe messing with probability... or something like that.
The other is a Parody Sue whose "evilness" really just stems from the fact that she's highly self-centered and is used to the world revolving around her. Not sure about powers here.

Setting, I am thinking we start on a world 20 minutes into the future, with some magic, and defiantly super heroes.... Just so that about every type of villain has some reason to be there.
Rules for right now, are the basic WAOA style ones, we will work out better fitting ones when we get a discussion going.
Power Limits are. "Within Reason" there will not be a hard cap due to not wanting to be too restrictive, but due to there actualy planing to be plots here, if the other players say its too much, its probaly too much, and reality warp is right out.
Also, Chuck, Ethers, Rai, Spar, Random, Game... Your good, working on reading every one elses.
Chuck and Rai, since I trust you two with this, you also have approval and denial powers okay?
Shiny : How will time travel work in play? That is the issue.
Josh : Rai seems to know something I dont, so I will let him handle you.
