You how how we talked about how Disney as a company, has been quietly supporting LGBTQ rights for decades?
Well now, Disneyland Paris is hosting the first officially sponsored and recognized Pride celebration ever held at a Disney property (other events such as “Gay Days” are not officially affiliated with Disney), which is really pretty cool.
The event will feature meet and greets with Disney characters, a party with live music, karaoke, and D Js, as well as the "Magical March of Diversity Parade." Those in attendance will also have special access to various attractions all weekend long.

Going back to the Disney Fighting Game idea on the last page, it turns out that there's already something like that for Mobile gaming.
The Premise seems to be that something is corrupting "Digital City" and you and the other heroes have to team up to save it. The list of franchises and characters they are pulling from looks great, and might be something worth checking out.
It includes characters from, The Incredibles, Toy Story, Zootopia, Wreck-It Ralph, Monsters Inc., Moana, Aladdin, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Hercules, Big Hero 6, and Darkwing Duck!, among others.

So I guess they are now moving from quiet support to open support good for them, but this also says that they think that society is ready for it, so I guess good for the US as a whole, too.
AAA Gaming or I couldn't care less. I don't really care for mobile gaming with a exception here and there. Particuarly one that doesn't seem to have much substance.
Yeah that, I made a forum for it last year.
That's an RPG though. The idea that I had was a 1-on-1 3D Arena Fighter that could switch to a 2D Perspective depending on the attacks used with Assist Characters on the side, again similar to Pokkén Tournament.

The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.I can’t imagine that ever happening though, so it just seemed relatively close.

Has 101 Dalmatian Street aired on Disney Channel in the US yet?
Disney Heroes: Battle Mode isn't a fighting game - it's a RPG.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. Here's the next SparkShorts, the last one to be released on YouTube.
It's conceptually similar to Smash and Grab, but I like this one better.
I wasn't expecting it to get that dark there. Still, this is a beautiful short and the two leads are absolutely adorable together.
Oh man, I felt like I was watching a video of my own dog every time she meets a cat. What I would give to see a 2D Pixar film…
Anyone else get Rita and Runt nostalgia from that one?
The contrast between the two was great. The tiny cat who's afraid of everything with the big friendly dog who is being abused into being scary against his will. I love the slow dawning realization the situation they're isn't just bad, but worse than it looks and getting worse still.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Wow, that was heart-rending.
I actually went back to Chuck Jones' "Feed the Kitty", where a "vicious" bulldog is befriended by a little kitten.
They put out a behind the scenes featurette as well

Oh geez, more updates on the "John Lasseter at Skydance Animation" controversy:
- Emma Thompson, who had a role in Skydance Animation's first movie, just up and left the movie due to the presence of Lasseter.
- And LightBox Expo is reneging on a partnership with Skydance Media it announced last Friday, again, because of Lasseter.
Honestly, is it too early for Skydance to toss Lasseter overboard now?

Even Pixar is throwing shade at him — "Purl" was a pretty clear Take That! at the sort of person he is.
So how strong do you think Mr. Incredible was in his prime? For... fanfiction purposes.
My various fanfics. One thing that’s always been kinda disappointing to me, is that the Monorail never really took off as a public transportation system, like Walt wanted them to. They are incredibly safe, quiet, and elegant, and the slim profile and use of vertical space is an advantage over busses or traditional light rail, for reducing traffic in cities, without all the disadvantages of traditional elevated rail.
I know the infrastructure is more expensive than a traditional light rail type system, but it’s always seemed like a shame, especially since most of the traditional disadvantages of monorails (such as switching tracks) can be solved relatively easily today. (Also, why does Disneyland get the nice new monorail trains, while ours are literally falling apart, and desperately need replacing?)
This starts to get in to The Florida Project and Walt's EPCOT, but I wonder if they would have gotten any more traction in the US, had Walt not died a premature death of Lung Cancer.

Cute little Walt story, as told by Alice Davis, about Fred Joerger, a model maker and set designer (and later Disney Legend) at WED:
So, Walt came in one day, and Fred had come back early to get something. Walt said, “Oh, You’re back early.” And Fred said, “Well, yeah I needed to get (whatever).
Walt said, “How was the Plane today?” And Fred said “Well, I was in a hurry so I drove.”
Walt was genuinely perplexed at this, and after Fred explained that it was just quicker to drive there, instead of the whole process of driving to the airport, waiting for the plane, flying there, getting off the plane, and waiting for the car to pick him up, he insisted that he was missing the point. “You’re supposed to get on that plane, read the paper, drink your coffee, and relax, not fighting the freeway!”

I'm with Walt on this—dealing with CA traffic is extremely tiring. I'd take the plane every time even if it was slower.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Nah...you still have the traffic on the way to the airport and other people with whom you have to share the plane can be really annoying. And you have to change vehicles twice! That is one time too many.
It was the private company plane, so he didn't have to worry about sharing it with anyone else, at least.
Well, I somehow assumed that the plane was taking off at specific time, carrying more than one employee.
So, Disney is finally throwing its hat into the adult animation ring (via Marvel and Hulu, of course, not under its own name). I expected this would happen for a while, but what I did not expect was that they would use Howard The Duck, of all characters, to do it.
I came across this video thanks to my recommendation feed about secrets in Disneyland. I actually didn't know about most of these despite being a local.
