Don't they specifically mention how Sienna being uncooperative with Salem was indeed an issue?
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeI mean, destroying Haven seemed mostly about the White Fang, but before Adam's coup Sienna was in charge and evidently she wasn't having any of it. So it's less about the White Fang as a whole and more Adam's faction, but Salem wasn't concerned with Adam or what he wanted, but the White Fang at large. So the whole situation becomes a bit circular.

Yeah good point, I am even more confused
If I am remembering correctly Adam makes it sound like it was a deal made with him rather than the current leader at the time. Which is why I am guessing Hazel was sent to negotiate. It seems like they had not really made contact with her directly up until Adam brought Hazel to that meeting.
"When I offered to make Norea my third back-up girlfriend she just glared at me and started throwing things at me.." Renee CostaMan, the writing in RWBY only gets worse the more we look at it. Geez.
no? makes a good point- Cinder specifically goes and talks to Adam and not Sienna, likely because they're already aware that Sienna won't cooperate.
They have Adam's cooperation who clearly leads a sizeable amount of the white fang, just not Sienna. Hence why they were talking to Sienna at all who disapproved of the situation entirely.
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeCharacter page splitting again.
I'm suggesting we re-order the pages around and break down the "Characters.RWBY Friends And Allies page. Ozpin and his closest allies/confidants should go in "Ozpin's faction", while the rest of the teams and family members should go in their respective kingdoms pages.
In short we're looking at 5 new pages while killing off 2 old pages; Characters.RWBY Ozpins Faction, Characters.RWBY Kingdom Of Vale, Characters.RWBY Kingdom Of Atlas, Characters.Kingdom Of Mistral, and Characters.RWBY Kingdom Of Vacuo. Characters.RWBY Friends And Allies and Characters.RWBY Kingdoms will be nuked.
- Ozpin's Faction will pull all known members of his clique into that page to make space for the other increasingly crowded pages, with redirects to Ozpin's Faction should the need arise.
- Team SSSN should go in Mistral, so should the Belladonnas (the latter will have a distinction stating Menagerie).
- I've stated before, but Ilia is introduced as a White Fang member, and there is no rule stating that because she pulled a Heel–Face Turn that she should be removed from the White Fang page. Worse comes to worst, she'll just be placed in Vacuo.
- Team CFVY predictably goes in Vale because they aren't major allies in the plotline per se.
This is easy editing per Characters.Star Wars standards (and they have really high standards), I don't expect much disagreement here.

"They played us like a DAMN FIDDLE!" — Kazuhira Miller, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom PainSienna's totally pointless. You could remove her from the story and barely anything would change because she has so little screen time and nonexistent impact. Adam should have just been the WF leader from the get-go.
Which is a shame because Sienna had shades of depth and could have been interesting, but the writers gotta keep ruining or wasting their characters.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? That split's for the best.
What's wrong with the current one? Also:
- There are not enough Vacuo characters, relevant or not, to justify a full page.
- Menagerie is not part of Mistral. It just happened to be featured at the same time. There is no reason to feature it alongside the continent.
- A page for family members and close allies/friends makes more sense, since characters like Sun are more important than the rest of the people they would be listed alongside if put in a Mistral page.
- Why would you place Illia in Vacuo? She has no relation with the place.
- Ozpin's faction does not deserve it's own page, but rather a folder in the Friends and Allies page, since it mostly consists of him, Qrow, and Glynda.
Honestly, I think splitting the page like this would only cause confusion and create unnecessary pages. What you suggest might be a good idea in the future, depending on how many new characters we get over time, but right now, it's not a good idea. I greatly admire the Star Wars character page's organization system, but it does not apply here, at least not yet.

Looking back, we can keep Characters.RWBY Kingdoms as an index page and put the Belladonnas (Menagerie) and Vacuo there. As for Ilia, my statement still stands; she is introduced in the White Fang, and there is no reason to remove her from it even with a Heel–Face Turn. This was a move by one troper that was not agreed upon here.
The reason I want Characters.RWBY Friends And Allies nuked, is because it's becoming clear that we won't be seeing much of those allies from one arc to the other, save for Sun (who decided to travel along with Blake separate from his own team starting in Volume 4).

"They played us like a DAMN FIDDLE!" — Kazuhira Miller, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom PainFair point, but then we can just move the allies who become irrelevant to the Kingdoms page, can't we? And if it starts to get too bloated, then we consider a different organization method. I agree with moving Team SSSN to Mistral's entry in the Kingdoms page, but given his importance, we can leave Sun in the Allies page and have a link in his folder redirecting there. The same applies to Team CFVY, who can be moved to Vale's entry. But Ozpin, Qrow, Oscar and Sun, at the moment, merit staying where they are, I would say.
On that matter, perhaps cutting some bit characters from the Kingdoms page would be a good thing. The Pilot from this volume, or the Faunus Blacksmith from volume 4, for example, have no reason to be in that page, or have entries at all.
Also, I understand your argument about Illia. I just don't see why she would be moved to Vacuo instead of Menagerie. I can see the point of moving Illia to the Friends and Allies page, but if it wasn't discussed, then se should be returned to the White Fang page until a decision is agreed upon.

I've just realized my mistake in qualifying Ilia for Vacuo. In any case, Friends and Allies needs a little bit of reworking, as some characters in that page are too minor to be considered long-term allies, while some characters in the Kingdoms page are far more invested in the story than just to their respective arcs.
"They played us like a DAMN FIDDLE!" — Kazuhira Miller, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom PainWhile that is true, none of those characters have been relevant enough yet to merit their special place. Ironwood and Raven would be the closest examples I can find, but Raven was only relevant for the last volume (and most of her relevance is a big spoiler, so separating her for it could be bad) and Ironwood has yet to act on the importance he has, so there's no real reason to change his placement yet. Perhaps creating some sub-folder for the kingdoms could tidy things up a bit.
That said, I agree with reworking those two pages. They are displaying the importance people assumed those characters would have, but most of that has not come true. I stand by my suggestions in my last post.
...is it not a little bit ironic we're discussing what's important enough to remain on a tropes page?
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!So in a PR move so obvious you'd have to be super bind not to see It, Blake and Yang are free DLC for Cross Tag Battle. The announcement took care to say there was no additional money needed to buy them.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Now, Yang is anime.
To be fair, yang and Blake we're never stated to be paid for dlc. People lumped them together with the 18 character 3 wave thingy.
(2) But she's the most western-themed character in the cast!
If anybody's anime here, it's Blake.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!It must be the milk and cookies. That would explain Ruby as well.
Hormones delivered to the teenage population in milk cartons and simple cookie-baking kits.
Ozpin is a mad genius.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Just saying, I wouldn't call Ozpin's faction "Ozpin's faction" on the character page, since I think it would give away that there's an Ozlumati. I'd call it "Headmasters and associates" or something.
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"All we need is one JNPR rep or a villain for RWBY, and maybe a chance for a full dub to confirm my purchase of CT.
Mileena Madness
I think it only became a distraction after Cinder started changing things on here on. Before that, it was just a bit to keep the White Fang cooperating. Or something.
Actually, that's an area where Sienna's existence complicates things, thinking about it.
