Priestess! We need some variety in the mythology since all our characters are so far Norse related or not related to mythology.
@Math
Huh, interesting. Though the name of your Angel makes me smile a bit XD
@Sixth
See....I'm hesitant to let anyone else in- where already straying into Loads And Loads Of Characters territory and two have gone by the wayside, partly because they haven't had much time to post, but more because I'm having issues juggling everyone.
Your character sounds interesting and Deathy is right we need some more mythological diversity here.
"You are never taller then when standing up for yourself"Originally I was going to go with "Castiel," but that would invite WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too many jokes.
Still not embarrassing enough to stan billionaires or tech companies.At least you didn't go with Zachariah. He was such a dick in the show.
It had its moments.
"You can reply to this Message!"Charmed was amazing especially the early Shannen Doherty seasons. Some of it's latter stuff was a BIT Shark-Jumpy, but it was still always a good show about three witches at it's heart.
"You are never taller then when standing up for yourself"@Saint, basically...if you want in you have to be prepared to help Mage keep up with your char. Remind him of he forgets you, and try to keep up with everything.
Its not a simply consumer RP where the players simply post and expect to let the GM do all the work.

Good to be backI'm creating a Winter changeling for the next round/scenario.
Wizard or Practicioner? There is a difference. It sounds more like the latter with a specific talent for magic, not a full blown Wizard.
"You can reply to this Message!"I'm torn. On one hand. I want more minions
I mean valued lieutenants.
But on the other, L-Mage is getting kinda overloaded.
I want another Chess Master whose plans Nadya can destroy by being a Wild Card and Spanner in the Works.
So I made this garbage. I still know zero things about guns. Why do I keep adding more and more gun knowledge? Because I hate good things. Anyway, Isaac's done after this arc but I really wanted to write more crazy...
- Name: Jacob Royce
- High Concept: Paranet Vigilante
- Trouble: He Who Fights Monsters
- Background: Not much is known about Jacob, as most people have never heard his name. A few months ago, he quickly and quietly stepped up as the local Paranet chapter's guardian, protecting all the members from even the smallest threats. His extreme and increasingly violent methods have attracted the attention of the Paranetters, some calling for the Paranet leaders and even the Council to intervene. Due to the apparent lack of magic use, Council intervention is unlikely.
- Personality: Jacob, when not protecting the lesser talents, is a slightly nervous, twitchy person. He prefers to remain away from others, and can be extremely paranoid at times. He has been known to talk to himself, though will steadfastly deny it even though no one is ever listening. While he generally tries his hardest to remain calm and emotionless, he is prone to frequent mood swings, going from cracking jokes to throwing punches at the drop of a hat. To put it simply, he is very emotionally unstable. This all changes when he's on the job, however. He becomes eerily calm, almost completely blank, his mind focused only at the task at hand. His mind clear, he will go to any length to protect other low-level practitioners, not caring who or what gets in the way. When he feels his work is complete, he almost instantly reverts back to his unstable state. This condition gets steadily worse the more he tries to protect the citizens of Las Vegas; the more he kills, the more unstable and violent he becomes.
- Appearance: Jacob stand at just over six feet tall. His black-gray hair is shoulder length and unkempt. He is missing his left eye, and rarely bothers to cover it up. The remaining eye seems to be gray and is constantly looking about, at anything and everything, almost never at rest. The clothes he wear are usually plain and unmemorable. Other than a variety of small, light scars on his face, his features are fairly standard, neither ugly nor handsome, and generally unremarkable. Well, except for the missing eye.
- Job Class/Expertise: Low-level practitioner and marksman
- Skill Strengths: He is a remarkable marksman, and has training with multiple types of firearms. His blank state and clear mind make him good at adjusting to different situations in combat. He is very skilled with knives and other small blades should guns not be an option. At all times, he is extremely good at reading people and excellent at remaining unnoticed. Of course, his veils probably help with the latter.
- Skill Weakness: In hand-to-hand combat, he is at a disadvantage. He might get a few lucky shots in, but will not accomplish much. While he can handle himself with a blade, he is still not fully able to compensate for his missing eye and tends to avoid melee combat when possible. His blank state, while good for a fight, locks his mind firmly on his objective, causing him to go to almost suicidal lengths to reach his goal.
- Powers/Abilities: Jacob has had extensive training with firearms and prefers to do his fighting at a distance. He is luckily skilled with veils if that should prove impossible.
- Items/Tools: Jacob has a fairly large collection of guns hidden in his tiny apartment.

It was a difficult delivery, now it's growing up mean and strong.Fixed Lucius.
Good to be backIs my character suitable for acceptance?
@Sixth
Sorry! I've been busy like hell these last few days and I keep putting this thread off like an idiot and never getting to it.
I don't see any real issues. So Accepted! I'll need some time to figure out how to work her in, so it may be awhile before you can jump in, but I will try as soon as possible.
@ Hawk
...Hm...No problems. Accepted!
...Though with two more, I think we have official hit the ceiling of characters. I'm going to close the Sign Ups after this.
"You are never taller then when standing up for yourself"So is the "No more accepted" message no longer true?
Check the post above you. ;)
"Your mission is not to nuke the squid god." —FaramirSo it is true?

Well....We've dropped one player recently, but we are going to be picking up two more shortly (the two previous applicants)....But....
"You are never taller then when standing up for yourself"Is there hope for one more?
Cause this sounds like one of the most amazing RPs on this site.

Ya know what? Screw it, I'm gonna write a sign up sheet, accepted or not. Get on the top entry of the wait list, I guess.
Also, I love mythologies. Of all sorts. I'd be happy to add some variety!

Just keep her clear of the Laws of Magic :P The limit for people who get away with breaking them is filled.
