Burnie confirmed on Twitter that the Bethesda sponsoring was enough to let them make a whole season. Not sure if that means the whole season is Fallout themed or not.
Also, official statement that ScrewAttack is part of Rooster Teeth now.

Essentially, the shows under their banner have a couple days early viewing before opening them for all to see.
I certainly don't mind this system at all, and it has been this way, hasn't it? Also removes ads on affiliated sites.

I now go by Graf von Tirol.
Until like a year or so ago, sponsors only got a few hours of exclusive access to scripted stuff. Then they started also releasing Let's Plays and stuff early. Then they made it uniform videos 1 day early for sponsors (with a side clusterfuck regarding livestreamed stuff like podcasts and On the Spot). The most recent change I'm aware of is that all the shows from RT Animation except for Animated Adventures will be available for sponsors one week before everyone else. People aren't too happy about that last one.
Going by that schedule, by the time the latest episode is up for the public, the next one will be available for sponsors. Which is going to be hell for all the Rooster Teeth based forums here on TV Tropes. Spoiler tags for days!
