Honestly, I'd recommend re-writing that skill. I'm not a GM, but from my point of view... it pretty much seems fine except for that skill. Maybe pick a single stat to boost? Or maybe make it have some sort of other beneficial effect?

And yeah, but Gawain's portrayal in Extra makes me extremely skittish about this.

• Appearance: If women at Camelot looked like this, no wonder Arturia fooled everyone.
• Personality: Morgan demonstrates a kind and friendly demeanour to everyone. This is, amazingly, not an act: she IS a genuinely friendly person, so long as you don't stand between her and Arturia. Or, in fact, if Arturia herself starts denying her affection too much. The problem is that her sheer determination to get her tends to override such things as logic or sanity, leading to giving a knight Excalibur in order to try and get rid of Guinevere. There's also 'making a baby/clone' and raising them to be a perfect knight, then sending him off to the Round Table to do... something. That catastrophically backfired, too. Now, if you can channel her attention into something constructive, things are good... just don't give her too much free time otherwise there's a crazy woman that will stop at nothing to get Arturia summoned and under her control.

  • Arthurian Magecraft: B. Though not as renowned as Merlin, Morgan's skill in the subtler disciplines is without peer. Her specialities are in illusions, items, healing, and shapeshifting—though the last is far from a pleasant experience for those involved, as the spiritual portions of their body are conserved and forced into the new shape, whether that is a dinosaur, a raven, or a standing stone. She is also accomplished with the use of familiars (I refuse to believe that sending a dwarf to talk to anyone would be anything else in this setting) and bounded fields. Due to similarity to her normal modus operandi, she could (unlike Medea) summon a true Heroic Spirit as a Servant—but there's extremely little chance it would be anything but one person*
    And not the one that would make her squee.
    . Note: yes, there is a shapeshifting skill. On the other hand, it seems far too limited for this sort of thing, so... shoved it into normal magecraft (that seems to be restricted to looking like another person).
  • Mental Pollution: E-A. The more time she spends near Arturia or working to try and gain her, the further her sanity deteriorates, along with her morals. She's still a good mother regardless (just look how Mordred turned out... well, apart from the whole 'went insane' part) and things begin to return to a state of normality if she's focused on some other task but when she returns to thinking about Arturia...
  • Protection of the Fairies: A. She lived on the physical island of Avalon for some time, this... isn't that surprising. Also, her name.
• Noble Phantasms:
  • Counterfeit Blades—Identical Replica: E-A. In life, Morgan made an indistinguishable copy of Avalon and handed it to Arturia, yet was never found out for actually doing so. As such, she can use Item Construction to make permanent copies of Arthurian NP's or any NP that she has substantial time to study. Such weapons receive two ranks down and have any effects lessened, as well as increased prana consumption, but they don't suffer from the limitations of projected weapons, being completely real.
    • Counterfeit Scabbard—False Paradise: A+. A specific use of the above, this is a replica of Avalon. The only trait of the original it retains is the ability to vastly accelerate healing (at the cost of draining almost all of the user's prana), but since it doesn't require any sort of contract with Saber...

Hmmm...

I know you already changed it from being bugging you, but, um... I was thinking about it, and the strength going that far still bugs me a little and seems sort of far off from how it's supposed to work in the legend. That said...

Sorry I keep bugging you about this, but sort of... after talking with a couple other people, and reading about how the legend works, it kind of sounds like the most accurate version would be if his strength varied from C to A+ from midnight to noon. I just... I don't know, I think it would be a more accurate spin on the skill and be a bit more... I don't know, interesting then just boosting his strength up.

Sorry again, just... yeah. Just my personal feelings on it.

• Age: 17
• Gender: Male
• Appearance: Wiry and tall, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to call Noboru a beanpole. His brown hair is very neat and tidy, just like his clothes.
• Personality: Noboru has always had a passion for trying out new things. Even if it turns out to be a disaster in the end, he merely chalks it up as a learning experience, dusts himself off and sets off again. Generally it's hard to keep him down for long, although if something particularly unusual happens he can wind up being shaken. Noboru is also very curious, constantly asking questions about things he doesn't know about. Despite all of these positive attributes, however, he's perhaps more concerned with image - that of his family and himself - more than he should be.
• Abilities: He has an affinity for the wind element. His abilities with magic can be summed up as 'mediocre', but he can at least use wind in a defensive manner, redirecting blows and creating barriers to protect himself.
• Bio: Noboru grew up in a magus family that found itself in a rather unfortunate - and dangerous - situation: the quality of their magic circuits was steadily decreasing as each generation passed, leading to a significant loss of face. It didn't help that the family was facing hardships as well. Feeling determined to restore the fading Ueno family name, Noboru decided to enter the Holy Grail War: that epic clash where only one could win.

Unfortunately, he probably isn't that man, being entirely unexperienced in matters involving the Grail War and a subpar magus. But at least he should have a grand adventure along the way, right?

• Assets: To put it bluntly, he has none, aside from the family home*
  His family emigrated to Archwood at some point in the past
  . As a result, things will be rather... interesting for him.

• Name: Felicia Weinberg
• Age: 16
• Gender: Female
• Description: Small with short hair.
• Personality: Felicia is very quiet and very lonely. Her demeanor tends to lead her to be overlooked at school, and her parents, while well-meaning, are oblivious. Not that she would tell them if they asked: after so long of being ignored, she is convinced that it is her fault she is alone. Despite this, however, her greatest wish is to have a friend.
• Bio: Both her parents are alive, however their frequent business trips leave her alone in the house a lot. Neither of them know about her powers as a magus, and when she decided to participate in the Holy Grail War, she first made sure they would be out of town for the next few months. She likes reading, and found out about the existence of magecraft when her mother brought her an old, dusty book of "ancient mythology".
• Abilities: Felicia excels in being unnoticed; her Origin is, for lack of a better word, Vanishment. She can manipulate shadows to an extreme degree; if she's out at night and doesn't want you to see her, unless something surprises her, you won't. The skill is less useful during the day, but she's good at blending into dark corners.
• Assets: An empty house, extensive knowledge of the area due to midnight jaunts, listening skills. She's a decent cook and reads a lot.

  • Three Line Teppo, the End of an Era: Rank: A (Anti-Army): Materializes a platoon of Arquebus-armed Ashigaru, arranged in 3-ranks, with a deployment of Yari(spear)-armed Ashigaru behind them. Shots from the guns general bypass magic defenses, and cause a 2-rank drop on any B-rank or lower Noble Phantasm. Noteworthy is that each Ashigaru is not just a constructed familiar, and has only limited intellect (not its own spirit like Ionoi Hetaroi, which is important considering the attack is a symbol of the end of a heroic era).

Also, the King of Knights and the Devil King of the Sixth Heaven should totally have some sake and talk kingship at some point.

As such, when its name is called it will unleash a coruscating blast of light which annihilates all it touches. Mordred's most infamous usage of Clarent was during the Battle of Camlann, where both he and his father inflicted mortal wounds upon each other. When used against his father's most famous Noble Phantasm, Excalibur, Clarent ranks up to match it in power, but only if Mordred focuses all of his attention on his father.

Re: Nobunaga:

Yeah, pike and shot formation was supposed to be the justification of the Archer Class. "It shoots stuff" is the only justification I can make, kinda like Gilgamesh. While I was writing it, I was going back and forth between just having guns floating in the air Gate of Babylon style, or having materialized soldiers use them. I went with the soldiers since it would gave an opponent something physical to attack and allowing for use of terrain to disrupt the formation, both of which would be more difficult to do if the guns were just floating over his head.

Would three lines of single-shot Arquebuses floating in the air be better/explicit enough for you?

As for the sword, it was really just intended represent the historic fact that Nobunaga had a certain love of killing enemy fortresses with fire. I'm not particularly attached to it; it was just me tying in a historic anecdote.

For half a second, I thought about applying for this. Then I saw the app, and all the things I was supposed to understand. Around that point, a resounding "Fuck it!" was heard by the members of my household. That thing's scary. And when I say 'that thing', I mean this fucking nightmare of a stats list. A 'Roleplaying for dummies' version of this would make me very, VERY happy.
