Roosevelt died in 1919, that's why he brings up that he's the youngest Heroic Spirit in the War. I think the threas previously agreed to 1930 as a cutoff date.

In canon, the cutoff date is actually the end of 19th Century, but I think that rule was fairly relaxed by G Ms, considering we are already in alternate universe and what-not. Still, dunno if Heroic Spirits with "modern" weapons are such a good idea. When under the effects of Mad Enhancement, Fafnir takes on a more bestial appearance: the pupils of his eyes become slits, his hands turn into claws, red scales appear over his skin, and spikes protrude from the crest of his spine.
- Personal Skills:
- Golden Rule (B): As owner of a hoard, Fafnir can easily solve money problems. Well, at least he had the hoard until SIEGFRIEEEEEEEEED!! stole it.
- Mental Pollution (D): A twisted state of mind that makes it possible to shut out any mental-interference Thaumaturgy. However, at the same time, it makes it impossible for the Servant to come to an understanding with individuals that do not possess an equivalent rank of Mental Pollution.
- Eye for Treasure (E): If Fafnir happens to see a Noble Phantasm of significant monetary value, there is a chance that he might be able to figure out its true name.
- Monstrous Strength (A): An ability possessed by monsters and beasts. Temporarily boosts the Strength parameter by one rank for a time limit which is determined by the rank of this skill. This skill is only applicable while under the effect of Serpent of the Rhinegold.
- Noble Phantasms:
- Ridill: Fang of the Great Serpent (C, Anti-Unit)— A sword with a green-tinted blade, it is laced with a poison that lowers Strength each time it inflicts a wound.
- Hrotti: Invisible Tongue of Flame (B, Anti-Army)— At first, this Phantasm appears to be a hilt with no blade. But when Fafnir swings it, a burst of flame shoots from the cross-guard, incinerating anything it touches. This Phantasm acts more like a flamethrower than a sword.
- Serpent of the Rhinegold: The Monster of Avarice (A, Support)— This is only usable via Command Seal while Fafnir is under the effects of Mad Enhancement. Fafnir transforms into a monstrous serpent with huge claws, a tough hide and the ability to breathe caustic gas. While this is a very powerful Phantasm (especially with the addition of Monstrous Strength), it has its downsides:
- Using this puts such a huge demand for prana on Fafnir that he will be unable to use any Phantasms for 24 hours after Serpent of the Rhinegold's activation.
- The activation of Serpent of the Rhinegold also locks Ridill and Hroti for the duration of the transformation, which lasts until the effects of Fafnir's Mad Enhancement fades.
- While under the effects of this Phantasm, Fafnir counts as a Serpent, meaning he takes deal double damage from serpent-slaying weapons and 50% more damage from heroes who were known to slay very large serpents (such as that accursed SIEGFRIEEEEEEEEED!!)
Huh. Will you look at that. He's like the antithesis of everything Orochi the Servant is.

The shades can be neutralized and destroyed by magical attacks. Manfred can control their movements and actions from a distance.
The Red Baron (Anti-Unit, A) - Summoning his trademark red Albatros D.III
◊, Manfred takes to the skies armed with enchanted machine guns. A bright red aura envelops Manfred as he activates this Noble Phantasm, an aura that deals damage to anyone that comes too close. He uses this to his advantage, rushing at his enemy to deal heavy damage should he be able to ram into them. A tail of red magic follows him, which fades with time, but deals damage as long as it hovers in the air. His personal attack power is boosted for the duration of this spell.
The Flying Circus (Anti-Army, A+) - Basically an upgraded form of Bloody April only usable when activating The Red Baron. The shades take the form of Albatros Fighter Planes
◊ and get a boost in attack power and durability. The shades become even stronger when Manfred flies together with them.\\

- Personality: A person with a strong sense of duty, Simo is a stolid and reliable person who is sure to be trusted by his Master. He is cold and meticulous in battle, and a very efficient sniper. Patience is not simply a virtue to Simo, but a skill required for survival. Not a lot of things can disturb Simo when he concentrates, though he pays a great deal of attention to everything around him. He has an innate gift at reading the battlefield, and he uses it to know where the enemy will be.

- A machine gun that boasts incredible accuracy alongside its rapid-fire abilities. Fires non-magical bullets, but they are very effective towards most forms of armour. Has a limited clip, requiring reloading.- Valkoinen Kuolemansa Pystykorva (Anti-Unit, Rank B+)
- A trusty sniper rifle with iron sights. When Simo aims down its sights, his Presence Concealment is boosted to A. The bolt action rifle requires reloading between each shot, but each shot is also enchanted to have slight armour- and barrier-piercing abilities to raise the chance of a successful kill.- The White Death (Anti-Army, Rank A-)
- A Reality Marble of limited range. When close to the target, Simo may transport himself and his target to what appears to be a boundless snowy field with no cover and no landmarks. The two fighters are placed well apart, but while Simo can use his Skills to hide himself and attack his enemy with ease, the target is left out in the open and can only rely on his wits and equipment to stay alive. Is very difficult to pull of, as Simo requires more Prana than he can channel safely. Thus, the use of this Phantasm requires the aid of Simo's Master to be able to activate.
