Another Servant I had in mind for a looooooong time (I actually wanted to play him in original Fate/Festival of Epics). I have some doubts if I can get away with his NP however. We will see.

• Appearance: Razor wires are not included in the package. The awesome monocle however is.
• Personality: While undoubtedly a brilliant man, Isaac is surprisingly modest about his achievement on the field of science, often citing his famous quote that he was merely “standing on the shoulders of giants”. However, while he is modest about his achievement on the field of science, he considers the field itself a single greatest area of human expertise and behaves with staggering arrogance towards anyone who abandoned "the enlightening radiance of scientific progress for sinking into darkness of magic and magecraft." His words. And while he usually behaves in reserved, haughty manner as a true gentleman, he seems to possess curiosity about creations of modern science, and turns into blabbering, enthusiastic fanboy whenever he has chance to study them, whatever it may be, from book about quantum physics to working of modern sewage systems. One may suspect that the main reason he answered his summoning was to have chance study mankind scientific progress and not to fight in Holy Grail War. The greatest irony, both about his attitude and his Noble Phantasm is that during his life, he was a Magus (and thus can apply for the class of Caster) and a fairly important member of the young Magi Association.

  • Item Creation is the skill to manufacture magical items.
    • A Ability to create even advanced magic items on the level of "Mystic Code". Thanks to his knowledge of actual engineering, the time needed to create items is shortened and the item usually take form of functional tools or weapons.
• Personal Skills:
  • Magecraft is knowledge about modern Thaumaturgy.
    • B+ Caster has extensive ability to use Thaumaturgy, including great rituals and High-Thaumaturgy. While skilled magus and capable of achieving feats impossible for modern magi, his magical power is lacking compared to most Casters of ancient times and he is still constrained by rules and limits of modern Thaumaturgy. He has affinity for Wind, Fire and Gravity, and his origin is Progress.
  • Brilliance of Mind: is an ability to look past ones constrains of education, upbringing and society and discover a solution of problem that seemed impossible to solve, revolutionizing the world in process. Basically, it allows to reach letter Z from letter A in one step, bypassing all other letters in alphabet by going backwards. In battle, the effects of this skill are similar to Eye of the Mind (True), only using genius-level intellect to predict and solve events on battlefield, instead of life-time experience

  • One could say that Principia (Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica) is one of the most important books of science, it is a pure and dazzling achievement of mind – even the style in it is written set the standards for scientific publication down to the present time. It thus represents the crystallization of mankind desire to discover the indiscoverable, bound chaos by laws and then study and categorize it, transforming primordial darkness into knowledge and order. It is Isaacs’s greatest treasure, which symbolizes his achievements as scientist. Closely linked to the diminishing of magic due to modern sciences, it is perhaps the strongest Anti-Magic Noble Phantasm in existence. It is activated by opening it and invoking its true name, after which it envelops the surrounding area in a field similar to Reality Marble (however, unlike Reality Marble, the inside of the field is not disconnected from real world). Inside that field, the world itself is altered in its foundations, making the very existence of magic and supernatural impossible, and binding everyone inside with unbreakable laws of physics. The effect is impossible to resist or prevent and will affect everyone from a mere human to gods (Including Isaac himself), and anything from roll of paper reinforced to be tougher, to weapon that can destroy the world. However, thanks to the fact that it works by “changing the world”, instead of “suppressing magic”, it is impossible for this Noble Phantasm to outright destroy beings or events whose very existence rely on magic. Instead, it transforms them into their closest equivalent that doesn’t violate laws of physics. Thus Servants become ordinary humans, fire created by magic becomes ordinary fire (and will be extinguished if there is no natural fuel nearby...), bullets of magical energy become small capsules of combusted gasses and so on. The field is centered on the book itself, and lasts roughly 60 minutes after activation, and can be deactivated by simply closing the book (anyone can do that, not only Isaac). After its deactivation, or after leaving its effective area, the magic return to the world, and everything magical that was changed by it regains its original status and power.

@Drakovicz: Okay, Ragna and I both like it and see no reason not to accept it. But we do have one question. What exactly are the precise mechanics of the NP? What prevents it from converting itself into a normal book? You said it turns all magical things into versions of themselves which obey the laws of physics (like you said, magic bullets becoming normal bullets), so why doesn't the book itself turn into a normal book and cancel itself out?

While "Jack" was undoubtedly utterly insane in life, his Master's attempt to summon him as Berserker and force Mad Enhancement upon him actually had the opposite effect than intended. Instead of becoming mad, Berserker became calm, sedated, and actually, kind of charming. He's perfectly logical and reasonable instead of stark raving bonkers, which really only serves to nail in just how utterly irredeemable a person he is. He still remains the same killer who dismembered countless victims, most of them women, and underneath that gentlemanly facade lies the same monster. Except now he can think properly. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

  • Information Erasure (B): The removal of information regarding the Servant's true name, abilities, and appearance from the records and memories of all witnesses, including the opponent, following the conclusion of an engagement. This effect is enforced even within digital recordings by a closed-circuit camera in broad daylight. However, evidence of the engagement is not removed from the scene, and by way of logical deduction, the Servant's identity may be revealed.
  • Murderer Of The Misty Night (A): A skill associated with the Servant's nature as a serial killer, which permits preemptive strike against all opponents. However, unconditional success of the skill is possible only at night. Requires a successful Luck Check for use during daytime.
  • Surgical Procedure (E): The capability of surgical repair with use of a bloodstained scalpel, applicable to the Servant or her Master. Despite the technique being 120 years old, and somewhat unreliable by visual appearance alone, the procedures manage to attain their intended effect, boosted somewhat with application of prana. (The victims of Jack the Ripper were found with their organs removed in such a way as to require anatomical knowledge or skill with dissection.) Boosted to Rank D when assuming certain forms.
  • Expert of Many Specializations (C): Due to the undisclosed nature of Jack's true identity, many suspects were brought forth, each with unique skills. Since these skills are all in some way associated with Berserker's legend, he is allowed access to them. They include surgery, academia, swindling, the butchering and preparing of meat, general cooking and baking, and other minor skills.
• Noble Phantasm(s):
  • The Never-Caught Killer (D): The individual to which all the Ripper murders were attributed to was never found, and a suspect never even brought to trial. As such, the identity of Jack the Ripper will forever remain a mystery. It is this mystery surrounding his legend that allows Berserker to assume any of the many forms attributed to Jack The Ripper. Each of these forms has a unique skill set, and they easily number in the hundreds. They range from scholars to monsters and everything in-between. It is because of this Berserker can't be said to have a single "true" form, or even a gender, although "he" prefers to be referred to as a male on account of most of his forms being male. While he'll take whatever form is most advantageous, he's most commonly found assuming one of a few forms. A gentleman in a top hat, a deranged and deformed monster, a doctor in ragged clothes, or a little girl. As an added side-effect, Berserker's nature as a Heroic Spirit is clouded until he makes preparations to attack, allowing each of his disguises to be all the more effective.
  • Madman With A Knife (C): As a serial killer, Jack The Ripper's modus operandi was to mutilate the bodies with sharp, surgical cuts, and remove many, if not all of the victim's vital organs. So it is commonly assumed that he was armed with surgical tools, or a knife of some kind. This Noble Phantasm allows any bladed weapon or utensil that Berserker handles to be treated as a Rank D Noble Phantasm, capable of harming Servants. This effect will remain as long as Berserker has hold of the blade, and + modifiers will be applied if Berserker strikes a vital organ, ++ if the organ struck is the heart, kidneys, liver, or in the case of women, the uterus.

Well... here's yet another Berserker.

Seriously, what's with all the Berserkers popping up all of a sudden?

• Class: Berserker
• Master: Stuart Remington
• True Name: The Half-Dead King/The Dragon's Comet, Uther Pendragon
• Gender: Male
• Height/Weight: 190cm, 80kg
• Alignment: Lawful Mad
• Appearance: Normal◊ Berserk and Berserk-Helmet Off
• Personality: His sense of values is that of a matured man who has a sense of justice. He's someone who would bring in virtue and goodness, and will ascertain those that bring atrocity. He is the image of a hero one can feel good about. Or would have, had he had been summoned as a Saber. The once proud king of Britain fell into madness as his kingdom started to fall into ruin. Even though he had an heir to take his place once he fell, he was disgusted by the fact that his heir was a girl. Refusing to heed Merlin's prophecies at the success his female heir will bring, Uther continued to fight and strive for his kingdom... refusing to allow it to fall in the hands of a mere girl after his death. In his inevitable demise, he saw the knights that always fought by his side fall to their deaths as they continued to protect his once glorious kingdom, which also fell to ruin. With his dying breath, Uther cursed the world and fell into a fit of rage at how could fate allow such a thing to occur before his very eyes. What's left of the once Proud-High Knight-King, is nothing more than a dark-tainted tyrant who's filled with nothing but pure anger and rage towards the world that stripped him of everything... including his life.

• Personal Skills:
  • Battle Continuation (A): Makes possible to fight even with deadly injuries and can remain alive so long as one does not receive a decisive fatal wound. Even though Uther was dying and deadly ill, he continued to lead his army, even going as far as to be on the front lines with them. Even in his weakened state he was able to defeat an invading young and fit king.
  • Magic Resistance (C): Cancels spells with a chant below two verses. Cannot defend against Magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals.
  • Prana Burst- The Dragon-Shaped Comet (A+): An ability that works exactly like Prana Burst. However, it has the added effect of making Berserker look like a burning dragon.

• Noble Phantasm:
  • Dainsleif, The Tyrant Sword of Forced Victory (B++): A dark brooded sword that is actually a demonic weapon. After throwing away Caliburn, and turning his back on Merlin and his own 'son', Uther eventually came across Dainsleif. It is an unholy weapon that leaves wounds that take much more time to heal than a normal wound, but in return causes its wielder to become more deranged and corrupted. Basically, the more Uther uses Dainsleif, the more bloodthirsty and insane he gets. Dainsleif also has a strong curse of 'revenge', meaning whenever Berserker faces an enemy who he had already faced, he would temporarily gain more power against that foe in the form of a rank up in Magical Energy. If Uther was summoned as a Saber where he was still good-hearted, he would have been summoned with Caliburn instead, and he would have been able to bring out its true power while it was in his hands.

• Age: 42
• Gender: Male
• Appearance: "Hmph."
• Personality: Stuart is a very controlling man. His presence is domineering, his attitude serious and his approach by the book. He has a plan, and he's going to stick with it. He's a very strategic and calculating person, possessing all the attributes of the ideal mage, and is an excellent planner. One way or another, he will always find a way to bring control back to himself.
• Abilities: Stuart's Elements are Fire and Wind. His Origin is Control. This manifests in his precise ability to channel and control his prana usage. While his circuits themselves are nothing special, nor are they numerous, he himself is very adept at controlling how much prana flows through them at what rate and in what fashion, giving him far more control over his magecraft than even the most gifted of mages, something which compensates for his otherwise average number of circuits. It's this control that allows him to squeeze the most out of magecraft, and control and combine his spells in new and useful ways. He most often uses fire and wind magic in tandem to create focused burns, intensify flames, and even fashion small fire tornadoes.
• Assets: A villa in the forest, overlooking the sea. His Mystic Code, a channeling staff which acts as a control rod, further adding precision to his magecraft. And finally, almost twenty wolf familiars which he keeps around as scouts and as pets.
• Bio: A mage born to an otherwise ordinary family, Stuart did not settle for mediocrity. He wanted success, and from an early age, he had a plan to obtain it, one he followed rigorously. Through application, hard work, and natural force of personality, Stuart managed to hone his talents and skill enough to be considered one of the Clock Tower's elite, a master magus who stood among the likes of Lord El Melloi. It was truly a rise from humble beginnings. Once he heard that the Grail Wars had resumed in America, he quickly traveled there, with the intent to participate. Victory in the Grail War could speed up his plan quite a bit, or even allow him to skip a few steps altogether...

Well, the Anti-Magic field is not generated by the book, instead you could say that the book is the Anti-Magic field. Normally, the field is compressed inside it, and the only thing that happens once it is activated is that it expands outwards. The book is not "inside" the field, it is "part" of the field. And because they are the same ...entity? item? they cannot really affect themselves.

I see. So what you're saying is the book does not project the field, rather it is the field, just in a dormant, compressed state. Activating the phantasm would serve something like unfolding a tent, yes?

• Personality: An utterly selfish, egotistical jerk through and through, Sun Wukong generally acts only for his own whims and amusement, and he absolutely loves to fight, although he is by no means stupid. He is extremely prideful and easily angered by real or imagined insults, but he normally wouldn't hurt innocent people, even for shits and giggles... although he wouldn't stop others from doing so, either. In general, he embraces a philosophy of radical freedom and believes that anyone should be free to do anything they want, regardless of consequences. The only wish he has for the Grail is for a corporeal body and the complete license to do whatever he wants, forever.

  • Divinity (E---): Before becoming the "hero" he is today, Sun Wukong was once a member of the heavenly bureaucracy... the very lowest rank: Stablehand, with the epithet Protector of the Horse. The fact that he went on an enormous rampage after he realized just how low he was on the totem pole only served to further diminish his divine status.
  • Nature of a Rebellious Spirit (A++): The nature of one who rebels against all authority, even the Heavens and the Buddha himself. Negates the effect of Charisma of the same rank, and acts to disrupt most magical forms of control (but not Command Seals).
  • Pure Eyes (B): Possess a particular subset of Mystic Eyes known as "Pure Eyes", which render one capable of seeing things that cannot be seen. At this rank, they allow him to immediately see the true form behind any disguise, illusion, or transformation.
  • Shapeshift (A-): The knowledge of 72 different transformations, allowing Sun Wukong to disguise himself as various animals. He has difficulty imitating people, however, because he cannot eliminate his tail in human form.
• Noble Phantasms:
  • Ruyi Jingu Bang (A++): Sun Wukong's bo-staff and primary weapon (other than his fists), it was formerly the treasure of the Dragon God of the East Sea, and described as the "Pillar holding down the sea", the only thing which held the tides and currents in place. Naturally, chaos ensued when it was removed. In its use by the Monkey King, the weapon is translated as "The Compliant Rod" or "As-You-Will", which has the power to change its size (from toothpick to miles long) or multiply itself according to its master's whim. He stores it behind his ear when not using it.
  • The 84,000 Hairs of the Monkey King (A+): By taking one of his hairs and blowing on it, Sun Wukong is capable of turning them into more or less anything, up to and including clones of himself, which is what he uses the ability for most often. Each clone created in this manner suffers a full rank down in every stat, as does the Monkey King until their destruction. 1 clone + Wukong = 1 rank down for each, 2 clones + Wukong = 2 ranks down for all, etc.

Well, here's two more Masters~

I'd really like this first guy to be the Master for Jack, considering he's an evil, evil Kotomine, and I think the two of them would get along well~

• Name: Kaleb Doles
• Age: 23
• Appearance: Looks can be deceiving!
• Personality: The best way to describe Kaleb... would be that he's a bit of a Jerkass. He loves manipulating people, loves to see people suffer, loves to cause mayhem, and loves to break the rules. The only way for him to feel or experience any kind of happiness, is to see others suffer and whither in pain. Whether emotionally or psychically, he just loves to see people suffer... just so that he can get a bit of amusement from it. Lying, cheating, and being the cause of broken hearts means nothing to him. As long as he is enjoying himself... why should he care? You could even say that he's a sadist.
• Abilities: Kaleb is, surprisingly, a fairly skilled necromancer. He can reanimate the corpses of things ranging from animals to human beings. His family was actually thrown out of the Mage's Association due to turning some of their members into undead creatures. The strongest undead-type familiar that he can create with his ability, is a ghoul. His favorite pass time is to reanimate family members, and have them kill the rest of the family.
• Bio: Kaleb was born and raised in a family of mages who used to be a part of the Mage's Association. He was always sad and was always bored with things... however, that all changed when his family started to get hunted by the Mage's Association due to their study of necromancy. After constantly being on the run, his parents started to argue and fight more and more... which always happened to bring a smirk upon Kaleb's face. He questioned himself whether or not he was sane or not for loving the fact that his parents were always fighting. After being gifted with the family's Crest, he came across a grimoire in his parents chest. Reading through it, he learned how to use necromancy. What he did next... well, to make things simple, let's just say that he resurrected a few corpses from a nearby graveyard, killed his own parents, and burned down his house... all with a cruel smile upon his face. He wishes to obtain the Holy Grail so that he can have it unleash all the evils upon the world... and have it provide him the greatest entertainment ever.
• Assets: His Mystic Code which is the grimoire he found; The Tome of Osiris. It is actually a container for his prana, and it allows him to bring back the dead as mindless zombies. A simple revolver, and a few pairs of clothing.

And this guy is for anyone who's interested in having an artistic serial killer~

• Name: Lord Kristopher Von Vernix
• Age: 173
• Appearance: "Hm...? Oh, don't mind her... she's just my assistant."
• Personality: Kristopher, or Kris for short, is a man who loves arts and crafts. Specifically, he loves painting... with blood. He puts the arts before anything else, and he is purely in love with them. The one thing that he loves more than painting, is killing. Funny how they tie in, huh? He also follows this one personal motto of his: “When someone dies.. why should their body be disposed of? Use their unsanitary and vile wretched body... and create a wonderful piece that the world can truly enjoy!”
• Abilities: Kris is a practitioner of Blood Magic. When he's not using blood to paint an masterpiece, he's using it in the form of weaponry. By utilizing the free floating prana in the air, Kris can infuse it within the cells and plasma of blood, and use it as a weapon. His main use of blood-based weapons is to create tendrils that lash out at people. He can only use this ability on things without a willpower, such as the blood within corpses to reanimate them, though he can only reanimate a very limited amount due to the large amount of concentration that is required to do so. But, he cannot use the blood within living breathing things due to their willpower. As a special note, Kris has been able to slow down his aging process considerably by ingesting fresh blood daily, and by constantly infusing mana into his bloodstream and by adding new skin cells to his body. This allows his skin and body to age much slower than any other human.
• Bio: Kris was born from a human mother, who was a mage, and a father who was a vampire in an American village many years ago. He lived a happy life with his parents, and even made many friends. However, after much time passed, the villagers discovered that his family was one of vampires, and hunted them down. His father was killed as he and his mother escaped. After coming to the place that is now known as Archwood, he decided to have his mother teach him the arts of magic. After many years of practicing magic with his mother, he found a way to mimic immortality through his father's notes. Unfortunately for his mother who died before he perfected it, Kris was able to slow down his aging process, and live for many years. However, to do so he required fresh blood cells, and skin cells in order to preserve his own body. So... he started to kill humans. Some could even say that his influence is what made the Archwood Ghetto what they are today. However... after years of killing, he grew bored, and decided to do something more... productive. And thus, Kristopher the Blood Painter was born! He discovered the Holy Grail after killing and draining a female mage, and was purely delighted in the fact that it was so close to home.
• Assets: Many, many vials of blood. A very elaborate magical workshop and base deep within the sewers underneath Archwood Ghetto. A few corpses here and there that he uses as zombie-based familiars. And a Mystic Code in the form of a large crimson gem necklace, which serves as a container for his prana while greatly reducing the strain of his spells. He also has a fair sum of money from his job as a painter.

• Personality: Still, the same good old Rin, albeit a bit more mature (and bitter). Rin is perceptive, serious, resourceful and avidly competitive person. Though she widely admired at school as an honours student, it is a front she puts up in order to prevent others from prying into her life. In private, she is notably stingy and bossy, but usually means well for those she cares about. Oh, is a massive Tsundere.

The idea is hilarious but... Why and when would Rin forge a contract with World, which is a requirement to become a Counter-Guardian? I cant really see her doing that. Especially UBW Rin.

(While we are at it, whats the status of cannonical Masters that survived 5th Holy Grail War (I.E.: Shiro, Rin and Sakura) Can they be used?}
