At this point, we definitely need someone who has actually played the game to give input. Because while the girls definitely look on the young side to me, the art style is vague enough that they could just be flat-chested.

So, to those who have played this: How old are the girls during the sex scenes?

There is more pedophilic content present in the Dive2 CG rip.

They're definitely made to look like children. The fact is mentioned repeatedly that Noi(the brown haired girl) looks like a child. Nanoha is also mentioned to look young. Makoto is in a similar position to Noi.

I don't think the Older Than They Look defense is good enough to avoid a works deletion if it has pornographic material of such persons.

Older Than They Look isn't a defense at all. If they look like children and have sex, the thing is gone.

Okay, sent the cg set to you both. Personally, the green haired girl is mostly questionable while the brown haired girl definitely looks underaged to me. I do not really want to cut the page, but I'll leave it up to the P5 to decide.

It does not seem to me that you sent the CG rip of Dive2, which features sex scenes of Makoto. I'll send that myself.

@Discar: I haven't played the game, but everything I can find says they are all Older Than They Look, Nanoha is mentioned as being the MC's childhood friend so they'd be around the same age, and our own page lists Noi as Legal Jailbait.

Does Noi even have any sex scenes? Everything I've been able to find doesn't list her as a main character, and it's hard to believe she'd be an option otherwise.

There's a difference between Older Than They Look and "the art style is too vague to tell."

But if they are referred to as in-universe as looking child-like, then they are obviously intended to look like children. Does anyone have any counter information? What about Silver Beta, the guy who sent Arha the information about the timeskip in the first place?
