There's a difference between 'accurately depicting a real world culture' and 'modern protagonist uses time-travel for sex tourism'.

What's precedent ever done for us?Nit-pick: I think someone in the last page said the time travel was accidental.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI think the level of detail is important. If it's like Lady Sad Face was married at 12 for political reasons, OK, but don't give us all the details of the consummation and too much info about child body parts... uh..do I make any sense?
I find it unlikely, though, that our protagonist had to screw quite so many fourteen-year-olds to fit in. It was possible to marry a twelve-year-old in medieval Poland, but that doesn't mean you'd be tarred and feathered for saying you like 'em older.
What's precedent ever done for us?Nah, you're making sense. As Meeble put it:
This will probably include the degree to which the content is being described; in the absence of a copy of the actual content to review, though, a decision will have to be made via second-hand comments. Not ideal, but it's the best we can do.
Having said that, I honestly don't think that a decision should be made based on the input of one reviewer alone - it would be good if we could find more corroborative evidence that (hopefully) isn't coloured too much by the reviewer's opinions, so that we can judge for ourselves. (For what it's worth, if the content was accurately described as per the last reviewer quoted, then it should be cut.)

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.I love the neat little row of P's all down the conversation list. Great name, Willbyr. And now I feel I have been slightly useful to this forum.

"Doctor Who means never having to say you're kidding." - BocajAlso, that reviewer needs to brush up his research. Poland's AOC is 15 and not 16, although it doesn't matter.
What does matter is that from a Ctrl+F of the reviews there, he seems to be rather alone with his assessment.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThat is, of course, assuming we ignore the two who outright accuse the author of being a paedophile in addition to being a geek who can't get laid.
Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation. We are talking about the work here, not the author.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI know, just pointing that they were there and that technically, these reviews do comment on the content (even if they don't tell us anything useful). I honestly wouldn't give much weight to those reviews myself.
Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.I took the liberty of e-mailing Captain Ger Bear to ask him a few questions about Webcomic.Grant. I will keep you updated on the progress.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenQuestions? Why not just check the current status?
All the NSFW strips are behind a pay curtain according to our trope page.

"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenIt's not pay curtain, registration on FA is free. It's like a usual "confirm age" curtain with extra steps.
Oh well, gonna scroll through myself. 39 pages is not much.
Ah. I misinterpreted. My mistake. Still can't hurt to hear from him.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenScrolling through, only one page is marked as completely explicit (and even then no actual genitals shown). The others have bara-artstyle men naked to their underpants, with rare partial butt shown.
OK, probably should be OK to keep. I'll go ahead and give his creator page an angel, but will hold off on voting on Grant until I get his response.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenOh, didn't know that was under review too.
His total art gallery has quite a way more porn stuff than the comic specifically.
Also his page references a cut article Chub Pan. Was that under review or during an initial purge?

Reviewed, cut as porn.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenYes, cut per 5P.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThe Anatomy Of A Fall: The page says something about "underage" M/M (=gay) sex. They look the same age and are highschoolers. It isn't porn, judging by a reading of the story.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSo about Grant and related...
Basically, the comic can be read without opening the whole gallery, but you'll eventually run into "System Message: You are not allowed to view this image." on mature-rated pieces and will have to register.
After that you'll be able to continue reading and the comic itself I think is not porn (it's romance with just a couple mainly offscreen and barely explicit sex scenes).
You will also be able to open the main gallery which is around 20% porny (total count including all the comic)

... The comic is 35 pages long.
Here, someone link me to the first image or something, I'll read the whole damn thing right now.
Do we still need this discussion?
The only other things to say about The Cross Time Engineer is that the protagonist is Polish (to address the Deliberate Values Dissonance issue) and that I can't find shadis's review anywhere as a representative sample. Also, another review said that they looked 16 (Source)
