Admittedly, I didn't check the inbounds on this; I see now that cutting is not an option.
I remember not knowing what 'NTR' was then I found that page now I am mystified by japans obsession with it.

About the Lychee Light Club, I agree with the locking. here's Vertical's page
I hate to say this right now, but we just restored Cannibal Holocaust, which, and this is spoilered for your sanity, has, at the end of its rape sequence, the rape victim being speared vertically through her you-know-what and hoisted in front of the cannibal village as an example. Litchi Light Club sounds about in the same area of "why the hell would anyone do that?" with its... bloodletting sequence... both to convey a shocking, gruesome tone, and to show character development (in CH, this sequence, and the fact that the documentary filmmakers do nothing to stop this, is supposed to show that they are just as inhuman as the cannibals; apparently in LLC, the sequence is performed by an even crazier maniac in order to drive one of the villain's henchmen into killing him). Neither seem intended to titillate.
Sexual violence is still sexualization, it just doesn't try to be sexy. It is heavily about sex, and gender. Its just sexualization that portrays itself in a negative light.
Negative sexualization is not porn. Negative sexualization is also not pedoshit.
In the context of "we prohibit sexualizing children", negative sexualization is not included, regardless of any technicalities you might want to bring up about the rule's wording. The intent is to prohibit works that appeal to pedophiles.
I don't know, guys, she looks very short in my eyes to really be 16. If I had to point an age, myself, I would place her at 14. Possibly 13.
Anime characters tend to be short as a matter of culture. Remember that the average height of a Japanese person is a few inches shorter than that of an American, and that extends to their anime characters.
That's fine and all, but she's supposed to be from a Fantasy Counterpart Culture of a Western country, I think. From what I have been able to piece together, she's the head of a pseudo-Christian creed of faith, although I don't know the particulars. Does this standard of height for anime characters apply to those of Western roots?
Stuff like this is a prime example of why we need judges who are familiar with anime. Anime characters are constantly drawn with big eyes and big heads and generally not in the proportions that Western comics draw characters. You're never going to be able to look at a single picture and say "that character looks 13/16" without considering the art style of the whole series.
And while Japanese people are shorter, that has nothing to do with why Japanese animated characters are shorter. That's caused by the art style, not because of Japanese height, and certainly does get applied to Western characters.
The main thing that has prevented tons of questionable anime cuts is that we have the exception for anything that's licensed in the US as a non-adult title. If it's not been released in the US, probably nobody ever heard of it. So it looks like anime cuts are okay when they're not—it's just that the rules limit the bad cuts to titles nobody ever heard of.
... Wow. You haven't a single kind thing to say about the P5, huh?
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows. The remaining 5p are actually pretty good with the whole art style thing, and besides the only person who was getting 'western bias' thing was martello and even he did pretty well with that for the most part.
While I don't agree with every decision that 5P has made, I think they've done a pretty good job thus far at trimming the fat from the salvagable stuff.
So we don't have to deal with this derail again:
Preliminary Report:
- Demographic: shonen Disclaimer Other Manga in Same Magazine
- Manga and OVAs not licensed for release in the US
I am personally inclined to believe The Other Wiki on demographics this time given the other manga in Dengeki Daioh.

"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenAs far as I can tell, Wikipedia records demographics only for manga.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAmuri In Star Ocean was Anime First, but the manga adaptation is in Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh. Japanese Wikipedia says it's both Shounen and Seinen. The manga don't have furigana like most Shounen, but none of the manga seems like stuff that's definitely Seinen.
So it's aiming at both minors and adults. High school students are in the middle so I'd guess they're the most primary demographic.
Re: Amuri In Star Ocean Ep. 1
Nothing to report in terms of porn, pedo-pandering or the like. Regrettably, nothing to report in terms of anything approaching logic or a semblance of a plot, either.
Update the first: Less than one minute after I posted that, we have two girls (the elder being 13) kissing. A bit later, the typical Magical Girl anime Naked Transformation from the 13 year old. Her modesty is conveniently protected by bright light. As for her costume, basically giant ribbons in a bow to protect her modesty. Midriff-baring at its raciest.
Update the second: Second OVA now. Series still doesn't make a goddamned lick of sense. Protagonist meets some sort of double that takes her powers leaving her with just enough ribbon to keep her breasts and crotch covered. Not helping is the fact that she looks younger than her stated age. She's not the only one either. The twelve-year old I would peg for about 9-10. There haven't been any scenes sexualizing her, though.
Update the third. Again with the speaking too soon. Maybe I should just keep my goddamned mouth shut. Little girl gets a much skimpier magical-girl outfit. Think strips of colored tape in linear patterns over breasts and crotch and that's the gist of it. Given the rate the rate at which the problematic material is increasing, taking no action is off the table. As for developing a coherent plot, nothing yet.
Update the fourth: The outfits aren't improving. Nor is the coherency of the plot. Most of the magical girls have some sort of Younger Than They Look thing going on, and quite frankly, it ain't helping. The third magical girl has some sort of ...something that only prevents her breasts and ass from being exposed through camera placement. There's also a fourth one who shows up halfway through the final OVA who wears a bunch of belts where any sane character designer would put an actual top. While she is explicitly 18, she looks about 13. In fact, as far as I could tell there was exactly one adult female who looked like an adult.
Verdict: Clean and Lock at minimum
Pro:
- No explicit sexual content or nudity
- Definitely not porn
- Magazine runs shonen
Con:
- Overly skimpy outfits on girls that look around 12 or younger
- Sexualization of girls who are barely in their teens
- Overly-long breast and ass shots of ~13 y.o. girls who look younger
- Magazine is older shonen to younger seinen, approx. high school range
Given the volume of problematic material, the article warrants cleaning and probable locking. While the target demographic suggests a younger audience is intended, the sheer volume of fanservice of young girls is a little suspect, yes?
Thanks as always, Kuro.
Likewise, Shima.

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. Dick...What the hell is going on in that pic?
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows. What's with the animation?
It looks like the outfits are made of Conspicuous CG or something.
Or rather... It seems that the entire goddamn anime is made of Conspicuous CG.

"Suffer a vicious person and you will fear vice. Suffer a virtuous one and you will soon loathe virtue itself." Tony DuvertThe girl on the far right is what bothers me. That's... wow, is that even an outfit? The others are fine, IMO.
That's like just putting 3 bandages over those spots. Or wearing an extremely lewd(but nothing literally showing) string bikini, etc...
Quest 64 threadThat's exactly what it is, actually.
The problem with the one on the left is that the camera seems to be looking at her from below most of the time.

"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenI will be honest that pic makes my eye balls want to bleed.
God dame it man turn off that stupid bloom setting!
Ill ask, is she at least wearing bike shorts underneath?

Well, not from that picture, but noted.
Quest 64 threadLol, someone already made a "Bleeding Eyes" comment. I can't believe you actually watched that without succumbing to Uncanny Valley-related nausea.

Well, that's a bit problematic... seriously, what's the deal with the girl on the right?
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows.
Well, the reason the page was made is that's it's a preexisting term. Just cutting all examples, if needed, would be better.
