Oh ok.
Did you like go backwards or something? Cause you were talking about Goku Black and Zamasu, so I assumed you were watching that arc, but now you're back after the Universe 6 Tournament.
I saw your post on the last page anyway, so don't worry. My statement is the same.

One Strip! One Strip! This got buried, so posting it again:
It's the episode where Goku loses control of his ki right after the Tournament with Universe 6. Pilaf accidentally kidnapped Pan while trying to get revenge on Goku.
It's also a filler episode, not arc.
I know parts of the Goku black and Zamasu arc but not the entire thing thanks to youtube and Xenvoerse 2.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Oh. So you're not even there yet? I didn't realize. Ok, carry on.
One Strip! One Strip!I think that episode is my favorite episode of Super. Goku really feels like he's getting old, I love the scene with him and Pan and Piccolo.
It is a good scene.
I always felt the anime nailed those Slice of Life episodes.
One Strip! One Strip!I also see it as a rebuttal to the annoying "Goku doesn't care about his family" takes.

"Later portrayals of Vegeta had brown hair"
Dont you mean earlier? I've never seen him with brown hair after Toei corrected that mistake...
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.So here's something from the original series I've had on my mind for years. When the heroes arrived at the Fry-Pan Mountain, Oolong mentioned it caught fire because an angel had fallen from heaven, when the Ox-King was on a picnic, or as one English scanlation puts it, "a fire spirit fell from the heavens". What was this being? Did this being get in a fight with God or Mr. Popo or Master Korin, is that how the fall occurred, is there a Watsonian reason no one has talked about the being ever since? Or is this just a legend, and another scanlation is more correct where Oolong simply says "flames from heaven fell down"? I get that a lot happened in the manga and Toriyama and the show creators couldn't remember it all, but is this being, or attack from above, described in more detail in any official source? Or even in a fanfic?
Jim Lee shared art of Goku as a tribute to the late Akira Toriyama.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Vegeta, King Vegeta, and Vegetto all have been given brown highlights in promotional art...
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Early Vegeta was more of a deep red head if I remember correctly, though there could be a connection.
Yeah, a lot of promo stuff gave them that brown highlight for some reason.
Hereโs my hot new take on how to introduce Cooler into the super franchise
After Goku, Vegeta, and I dunno Gohan and Piccolo beat Black Freeza, his even stronger brother Cooler shows up
But just to congratulate the gang for constantly kicking his horrible brotherโs ass. But heโs so dramatic and grandstanding that everyone assumes heโs a villain without letting him get through his speech and keeps picking fights with him
Forever liveblogging the AvengersYou know, it's kinda weird in hindsight that Super never introduced any new fusions among characters in the main cast. It just repeated Gotenks and Vegetto again, and canonized Gogeta. But no Gokhan, no Trungeta, no Picrilin. Closest we got was a tease of Android 35 during the Tournament of Power that they didn't even do.
I love Cooler but Toei doesn't want to do anything interesting with him since he's so tied to Frieza lore that's kept very vague.
There's a LOT of potential to explore Frieza's family, like how they rose to power, why are they so freakishly powerful and cruel, how exactly the galaxy fares under their rule, ETC.
Like, the existence of Galactic Radio, the implication of long time conferences being held, the Galactic King, and the Galactic Patrol, is kind of hard to tie in with the fact Frieza ruled the galaxy.
But back to Cooler, Toei just focuses on the stuff like his power, and final form, because it makes him a very toyetic character that's great for merchandising.
I do like to pretend he IS canon, but only his first movie.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Am I wrong for thinking that the Heeters are stand-in for Bojack and his crew?
"I just need one of you to come here to give your life to the sun god. It will be for the monkey city's glory."I think it's a coincidence, since the Heeters are information brokers plotting to overthrow Frieza, not actually space pirates themselves.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Yeah. There's no much resemblance between the Heeters and Bojack's gang.
One Strip! One Strip!Ok so we could still make them canon to the seriesโฆ but how is the questionโฆ
"I just need one of you to come here to give your life to the sun god. It will be for the monkey city's glory."Have them be random space pirates that bully Jaco.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.I think they'd be strong enough to kill Jaco unless they're drastically reduced in power.
Or it's played for pure comedy as he runs from enemies he's completely helpless against.
One Strip! One Strip! The latter, since it fits Jaco.
Granted, aren't comedy manga characters basically invincible?
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Yeah, but that just means Jaco is forever getting his ass kicked against enemies he has zero chance of ever stopping.
Which, depending on how you feel about Jaco, is either fucking hilarious or really mean-spirited.
One Strip! One Strip!I'm in the Jaco isn't funny camp, so he might as well suffer for my amusement.

At least if the planet is less than 1k tons. I mean, they still drown decently fast.
