Send him on his own. It's a diplomatic mission and Hayate did agree to their terms. >.>
Avatar SourceI thought that at this particular point we were talking about a hypothetical Jedi witch hunt mission on the part of the Imperials, but obviously I was mistaken.
Anyway, Vader and/or Praji (I haven't decided if sending both is a good or a bad idea) are probably going to be the Empire's "delegates" during this rendezvous.
Locking you up on radar since '09I would just like to point out that Daedalus is the class, not the ship name.
"Yup. That tasted purple."Can the Cradle actually manoeuvre? Who knows?
Avatar SourceWhoops. Sorry, I thought I had the ship name. Lemme edit that.
Locking you up on radar since '09Well, technically there is another Jedi around. Vader's the only one that knows this though. Besides the Rebels that is, but they won't be telling anyone.
BTW, What's happened to Serenity?
I'm baaaaaaackPut on a Bus; DP lost his computer privileges.
"Yup. That tasted purple."The Saint's Cradle is what everyone calls it but, realistically, it has no known name.
Avatar Source^^Ah, I see.
^Gotcha.

Avatar SourceAnd now I'm wondering whether to go canon- or RL-accurate with my SG Team's weapons.
"Yup. That tasted purple."We have a Discussion Thread?
They do have medals for almost, and they're called silver!Well, that's might as well be it's name now. Everyones calling it that.
So, I saw someone's joining with some Halo ship? looks like were gonna have a decent ground force along for the ride too. Useful if we end up planet-side.
Actually, seeing as were landing on the reaver's planet, we might need them...
Awesome! I helped someone!

I'm baaaaaaackNanoha has been described as being a mecha show in disguise. XD
I remembered Dimensional Shift. Oops.
Avatar SourceOh, I feel stupid. I forgot about the space marine transport till just now. We have 2 small armies along for the ride then. Plus the fact Imperial and Alliance ships always have decent ground-capable forces deployed on them. Not enough for more then small skirmishes, but they do both have a Jedi/Sith each.
I'm baaaaaaackAll I have is shipboard security and a five-man commando team.
"Yup. That tasted purple."Umm. 96 Space Marines. Three Platoons.
They do have medals for almost, and they're called silver!Hayate is a living nuke and most of the other fighters are one man armies. Though they're female, apart from four of them (and two of those aren't really fighters).
Hmm, Vita or Signum?
Avatar SourceOh. Shoulda checked the stats.
Still, thats a decent force. Agianst unarmed or meele armed enemies they'll do fine. Especially with back up and air support.
I have Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca, and Han Solo, plus the droids. They can kick plenty of ass.

I'm baaaaaaackThe P90 is the most frequently used.
They do have medals for almost, and they're called silver! The Imperials have 10,000 stormtroopers, and they probably have a few AT-STs and similar combat vehicles at their disposal. They may also have a prefabricated garrison base, though I'm not sure if the Devastator ever had that. They've got a far more modest force of TIEs and other starships, but the Devastator's firepower offsets that somewhat.
Darth Vader's capabilities should need no introduction, especially in EU materials.
@Deadbeat:
Go with a canon weapon.

Vader is going to make a reappearance, don't you worry. I simply had him go Out of Focus so to speak because I felt it was a bit redundant to have him essentially do the same thing every few minutes. I'll explain what he was doing during his absence when the opportunity comes up.
And yes, they do have Vader (who by this point is a very experienced Jedi hunter), but they're still dealing with an unknown quantity (even when Vader is backed up by stormtroopers and other Imperial forces they usually die in droves or otherwise end up locked in a stalemate. Or they arrive too late to do anything. It's undesirable to potentially waste lives for obvious reasons in this case).
