nothing with me because lmao i haven't played in like 3 days

other than sandra, eires, and ramona needing to move in to their new place (which let's be realistic that takes a day, two at most) i got nothing going on and we can hold off on that

I think it's best if we wait until Mega's multi-day sesh is done (it's why I brought this concern up, I'm involved with it). As much as I want to get 'er done tonight I wouldn't bank on it, unfortunately (because aaaaa busy day).

Oh, the latter part was what I was hoping to do. I don't think it's gonna cripple the thread or anything, it's just gonna be kinda weird for the first few posts to be "continuing from a plotlet in a locked thread..." At least in my opinion.

It's not that weird. The only thing that's being cut off in our Season 1 thread is the ability to add new posts.

Hrmm... yeah, I get it's not a very big deal resuming a multi-day session on the other side. I'm just worried about the impressions it'd leave on newcomers if they see it resumed within the first few pages.

Also, if the old thread isn't locked while the new one is made, isn't that gonna cause continuity problems? Or at least paying-attention-to-one-thing-at-a-time problems.

To be fair, I assumed that we were gonna lock it because someone could accidentally post in the old thread, without realising that we moved forward onto the new thread.

I could be wrong, though.

I don't personally see a reason not to lock it, if it's not going to be used locking it helps avoid any new player confusion.

Yeah I'd been figuring it'd be easier to lock it. No real reason to keep it open and have people squat in it, and if someone just wanted to hijack the thread to have another room based setting they could just make a new thread.
