The plotting and scheming going on right now could even be attributed to a past, failed Gambit Roulette.

To explain why Rhyme will be raising in power, she has inherited a certain power called End Breaker.

It manifests mainly as a light weight metallic gauntlet and wings made of light energy. Its primary function is to increase its user's power. It was one of Ayumi's earliest abilities, though she has not needed to use it in a long time.

That it chose Rhyme hints at her having a large role in the next arc.

More power for Rhyme is most definitely a good thing. Also, Fero's definitely losing his Genre Savvy if he used a "sacrifice myself" attack on something that wasn't even the final form.

And more power is good. I thought telekinesis was pretty versatile but it's more good for getting away from things than engaging them in combat. Unless the surroundings can survive collateral damage.

John's mental capability is completely average. Its just that he can focus all of it into one ability, is all.

Maybe. It depends on if he accepts Ignius' mission. Ignius is a very brutal villain who does absolutely everything for the sake of his "Utopia Plan".

And D Blade, Andras is not a demon, despite the name. Its true nature is a Mind Screw in and of itself. Specifically, it was made from a creature that died, but which was then Retcon'd into not dying, thus it lived on and died at the exact same time.

This resulted in Andras being catapulted through space and time and killing the dinosaurs.

Tsukime's willing to die for Tsuhiro, as she will actually die if he leaves for good.

This evil force has a plan for that. Namely, through this, he can tie her existence to his so she doesn't die (she has cosmic importance), but also letting him do...things...to Tsuhiro.

Fero probably won't ever really try to move in on Yuki though, due to his firm belief in Love Hurts and Love Makes You Dumb, neither of which he can afford or even actually wants. As things are he's more than content to just let Rhyme date Yuki uncontested since it seems to make her happy (and also because his inner Yuri Fanboy finds it beautiful to behold) while he tries his best to help both of them from the background.

Holy crap! Sounds awesome! For the story, not for the twins, though...

Shocking news: Tsuhiro's soul created a spawn in Tsukime's, whic is the actual reason the weirdness happens to her. In his attempt to not lose her sister, the guy created, without realizing the outcome, a kind of hybrid sub-conscious voice that mixes Tsuhiro's boldness with Tsukime's fun-loving side.

Now, in the aftermath of both twins having temporarily rejoined, the hybrid, Magenta!Tsukime, became a separate personality from the real one, Cyan!Tsukime, instead of just a voice, leaving Magenta!Tsukime as the outgoing, brawny tomboy and Cyan!Tsukime as the romantic, shy girly girl.

Whoever takes the lead on the body will also take the appearance, with Cyan!Tsukime taking the lighter colors for body, eyes and hair and giving it a more princess-y look, while Magent!Tukime will take the dark colors for her and will definitively look like a tribe girl. Both are the same, but different parts, so they'll talk in I instead of the short lived we.

Well, with Tsuhiro being grabbed, I guess that she can show up at certain points. However, due to the link created by the telekinesis, this also means big evil eye monster can whisper to her.

PS: Did you guys get what the mindscape monster was a reference to?

Indeed, the big eye can talk to them. But Magenta!Tsukime had been with her the whole journey. In fact, she's the one that makes Tsukime be so random. She appeared because Tsuhiro wanted to cling on her and she was the result of that effort. Whenever Cyan!Tsukime was blaming to Tsuhiro, the actual culprit was Magenta!Tsukime. Tsuhiro had never been around, indeed. She just realized it. so, the only thing that changed is that Magenta!Tsukime's more a pain in her life. Also, she can finally look more normal.

Yeah, and meanwhile, Ignius' Five Bad Band gets closer and closer to completion.
