What's going on here?: Tailor Made Prison

When I first saw it I thought it was a car with mushrooms growing out of it....yeah, I think we can find something better here.

My first thought was Magneto's metal-free cell.

Not indicative if you don't know he can control metal. Personally, I think the current one is fine.

How is it fine? It's way too dark and hard to tell what's going on.

Mentioning it's been made for Magneto should be good enough(the current just looks like they went overboard chaining the guy up).

Also, a caption like "You know this plastic prison can't hold me forever, Charles." or whatever his line was at that point would help.

EDIT: Took a coupla screenshots to try to play around with the scene, but I'm not gonna work on it tonight.

I like it. It'd probably work fine as a single image with just the lit chamber and arm.

Well, I wanted to reinforce the visuals and the shot inside the cell seemed the best way to do it.

Yeah, I like that version.

I think the second panel on its own works better. The first panel seems like it's awkwardly stapled on without contributing much of anything. It's clear that it's a prison without having to include photos of it from a bajillion different angles.

If the image needs to establish who's in the cell, go with the two panel version. Personally, I would go with the second panel showing the cell itself with the caption.

If you ask me, the unusual look of the cell in the second panel emphasizes that it's made for someone specifically; otherwise, they'd just go into a normal cell.

I'm for the single magneto cell picture. it's clearly a very special cell.

If I get time, I'll put the singel-panel version up tonight.
