First five volumes are translated in chinese and upped on g.e.hentai.
Yeah....non-hentai work on a hentai site. Like I said, its translated in chinese, but its pretty understandable nonetheless.
Just gave the raws a skim.
Can't wait to see those in English.
Here's the English. Better quality than last time, too. This is the last chapter of Volume 1, which is all I've read.
Looks like a really shoddy scanlation job. :/
Meh. Better than nothing.
EDIT: Seems to be fixed now.

Hm. Very interesting find. I had a Fridge Logic issue, tho. So how the hell does Ratman transform back to Shuto, tho?
I'm the kind of guy who likes speculating about voices and such the moment I read a manga. It's like the voices are on the top of my head as I am reading. So any speculations, guys?
Mine is:
- Atsushi Abe or Tomokazu Seki as Shuto
- Chiwa Saito as Mizushima
- Hitomi Nabatame as the Jackall Leader
- Kanae Itou as Kisaki

I'm enjoying this series so far too. Didn't know that it already made it to America and then died though. Too bad this is another series I would buy.
A friend is someone you trust to help you move. A best friend is someone you trust to hide the body. Finally! New stuff!
Don't really like the translation, but whatever, It's a cool series anyway.
At least they are training him to fight.
A friend is someone you trust to help you move. A best friend is someone you trust to hide the body. After reading the last chapter, I've changed my mind about Shooto/Ratman's possible VA. I'm banking on Rina Sato as Shooto now. Why not? There's a bigger fish to try!
I really hope this gets a license rescue. I would have bought it, too.
Dammit Tokyopop's sudden closing. Took stuff like this and Future Diary with it.
Translation is still sub-par, but readable. A better one will probably come out soon.
Anyway, I liked this chapter. Introduced a new character, shows that the Jackies are competent despite being crazy.
Has a sort Disgaea-like feel to it for some odd reason, this series.
Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected.Yeah. And for some reason, it also reminds me of the Live Action Series version of "Lastikman" (The Elastic Man).
It feels like this series would be fairly mainstream if it were in any other medium. I can imagine this as a rather popular saturday morning cartoon, for example.
I'm also picking up on the Disgaea feel.
I can't help but think that Shooto still doesn't have this whole 'Fighting Crime' thing down yet.
I mean, sure, he fought criminals, but after the fact, he just left. He even left the car that they were stealing. He gave them a sound beating, but the criminals still got their freedom and spoils.
He needs a quick 101, me thinks.
Well, he's technically an anti-hero associated with a villain's association. No doubt their 101 is different from basic hero 101.
That and I think most of the heroes are too bigoted to actually do anything but beat up people anyways. >.>
Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected.Chapter 7 is up on Mangahere.
GOH! JII! RAH!Jackall always makes me laugh.
Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected.Love this series. Got little else to report.
I wonder if the author penned anything else?
I guess the training his paying off if he can now dodge her attacks with such ease once he prepped himself. Now he just needs to train himself so much he can dodge surprise attacks.
A friend is someone you trust to help you move. A best friend is someone you trust to hide the body.I wonder if she noticed him call her "sempai." That might bite him in the ass later.
Yeah I wondered why she didn't ask about that.
Then again connecting who Ratman is would be very hard because of the image she has of the two individuals and the different body sizes. I think his voice is different too as Ratman.
If she does ask he can simply handwave it by saying she is his superior in the Hero world and he looks up to her for her bravery and such, but yeah he really needs to not call her that. He can also go another route say he was mocking her as someone that would not live out their dreams and never will be a hero.
A friend is someone you trust to help you move. A best friend is someone you trust to hide the body.
After reading the first 3 chapters of this, I immediately added it to my own personal "list of manga I wish were license rescued". Sadly, however, I highly doubt this sold well enough to merit it.
