Kamen Rider: General Thread

Okay I'm deciding to seriously watch the shows of this franchise for real after finding a Gaim figurine I got for my birthday a couple years ago.

I'm thinking of starting with the first Rider show I ever saw when I was a kid, Dragon Knight.

Oh neat. I usually watch YT cooking shows (well mostly Babish and whatever the fuck shows up in my feed) so this is up my alley.

That reminds me I lack the initiative to actually try and make the stuff I watch...

The good thing about Hiro's show is that he's a beginner, so it shows easy stuff to make - that will presumably get more and more sophisticated as he improves his cooking.

The bad (but unavoidable) thing about Hiro's show is the amount of cringy Kabuto comments... And remembering he is fluent in English and can perfectly understand all this. That, and the ending song, but if he doesn't mind... The grandma comments are pretty fitting, though.

Well, futo tantei revealed its first manga exclusive form in FangTrigger. Damn that was awesome

kind of. It seems thanks to their synchronization level now being high enough to reach Extreme, they can now use fang with the other memories. The series is also set after the W Returns and both Shotaro and Phillip's has grown a lot in term of ability. But even then they can only uses it for a limited time, unlike FangJoker. Accel Booster also make a reappearance, its modified to become even stronger by Phillip. Now, even the engine memory turn gold and become stronger when Ryu used it. And honestly, with all the hype around the Joker Memory, I'm not gonna be surprised if Kamen Rider Joker got an upgrade form.

Official Images for Geiz Majesty and Another Diend Revealed

Uh, can't say I liked the designs. Another Diend's design looks like an intentional nod to the Shinkenger thing, but also comes off as people just wanting to cut corners as they did with the Future Riders.

Tbh given that the only identical part is just the faceplate, even the back of the helmet is different, it really is just a nod and not a kitbash of it.

Not a fan of Geiz Majesty but I didn't like Grand Zi-O or Oma form, so not much of a surprise. Not surprised by Diend, as I did see several different people pointing out how easy a kitbash that would be.

Does... does Another Diend have angry anime eyes painted on the face plate?
