This robot was a time machine, and Sougo was thrust across various timelines! In the year 2000, the battle of the Heisei Rider's fate, and Sougo's fate in his own birth year, is about to begin...!

We still don't know. Confirmed returning characters: Build, Cross-Z, Ex-Aid, Brave, Faiz, Kaixa. Those last two were just officially announced. It's pretty heavily suggested they'll be more though.

Oh dear lord...the psychopath of Kaixa is returning?
The only good fanboy, is a redeemed fanboy.
Although we know it is post-series for Build, some people are speculating they'll time travel to go back to during certain series when those characters return, which could be interesting.

Wait I thought the first two episodes were supposed to be Build focused? But the battle beginning in 2000 doesn't match up with that.

The song is catchy. Its very minimalist otherwise, but that's not really a bad thing.

Huh, the opening actually sounds and looks pretty cool. It's also good to see ISSA back. The song's tempo throws me off a little, though.

It's neat how Another Build is a corruption of Build in more than appearance - he puts people into bottles instead of smashes
Tsukuyomi does make good use of having a gun, always nice to see someone who realises they don't have to transform to fight.

Woz is obviously evil but I kind of love his whole herald shtick

is there any other Kamen Rider who is this much of a dumbass as Sougo
Wrist watchband loincloth looks stupid as hell
Half-assing the Arabian aesthetic with only a few cues and whatever that dumb dusty paper thing they were going for bothers me so much.
Some of these edits were downright incoherent (what primarily comes to my mind is the entire first sequence where Tsukuyomi rescues Sougo and it's just why in terms of how they cut it) which I presume because they wanted action action action straight out of the gate.
Dinosaurs aren't feathered 0/10, this show is forever bad :p
Things I liked:
- The Monster of the Week as a Faustian bargain to change the past or future is neat.
- Woz acting as a herald and chronicler for the overlord is pretty cool.
- Tsukuyomi is easily the most interesting character with what she's done but I'm afraid she's going to fall to that typical convention where competent woman who brings newbie man along into the conflict but ends up being pushed aside after newbie man becomes super powerful or whatever, I'm sure there's a trope for this
