I have a few comments:
1. I'm not really sure what to think about the overall design. The stylized clock on the face looks ok, but this wristband motif?? The "Rider" on the visor (how the hell can anyone see anything with this?)? I can't tell if it's stupidly awesome or awesomely stupid.
2. Has anyone noticed that he is basically going for a Decade (Complete) color scheme? That along with the explicit "Rider" visor just drills in the Milestone Celebration and its probable implications in terms of powers for him...
... And that's called jazz!G Iven that it will be the last show of the Heisei period, it may be intentional.
The only good fanboy, is a redeemed fanboy. It definitely seems to be miming Decade. I'm OK with it. The rollex face is silly, but Decade was a barcode. This series is silly. Its other things, too, but its definitely silly.
Mega Man fanatic extraordinaireThe pose is literally him adjusting the hands of a wristwatch like your typical rolex watches. hahaha
He also has "Kamen" (although not in kanji like how the series uses it, but katakana) in his forehead where the usual Kamen Rider "gem" is.
I seriously hope the clock hands move around when changing forms, or that there would be a joke where someone would try to adjust him because his time is "wrong". Also how come we still don't have a page for Zi-O?
EDIT: Ah wow, the Buttobasoul machine glitched and didn't mean to show the Zi-O leak. RIP programmer.

Death is a companion. We should cherish Death as we cherish Life.I actually quite like this design, though I'll need to see the whole thing in action before making a final judgement.
Ahahahah, so the Zi-O leak was due to a malfunction in Buttabasoul's internal clock programming that made it think it was already August. Oh god.

Death is a companion. We should cherish Death as we cherish Life. So, what you're saying is that the rider whose gimmick is (presumably) time arrived too early? That's rich.
Mega Man fanatic extraordinaireHmm... Is his antenna showing 10:10 like in regular clock advertising? Would be quite appropriate.
Also, a crossover with Den-O looks inevitable. Being from different Heisei phases didn't stop OOO from meeting New Den-O, after all.
And finally, Build 43 is out, folks.
... And that's called jazz!I'm suspecting that Papa Katsuragi is playing a game here. We'll see.
Also, Zi-O crossing over with Den-O is very likely. Not only that, but also Decade if it's another Milestone Celebration.
One Strip! One Strip!Interesting.
Daddy Build being able to keep up with Cross-Z Magma feels kind of silly though. As do the Gold Rabbit and Silver Dragon (blatant movie tie-ins unless they explain them some more in-series)
Really like the design of the CD lost smash though.
The series plays merry hell of bullshitting with powerlevels anyway so shrug (ironically, given that it's the one series that puts explicit numbers on it). Villains always catch up instantly. Even mass produced robot mooks manage to not be reduced to scrap in one passing punch despite the constant power level grinding by the heroes.
It's not as bad as Ex-Aid. Those levels were all over the place and they had multiple number-breaking wildcards.
Okay so when I said I was excited to see Misora do stuff in this episode, her and possibly Vernage inexplicably going along with Evolt despite there being no apparent reason for either of them to trust him at this point is not what I meant. Misora's pep talk was really heartbreaking though
And seems that science dad is basically doing what Evolt did at the beginning of the series except he's good(?)
I'm wondering how much of this will stick beyond the point where the movie is supposed to happen.

Mega Man fanatic extraordinaireAs I said before, I think this series is getting dangerously close to doing what was done with Decade - making the movie be the one the ending. Hopefully they have learned this was not a good idea back then and still is now.
I just thought I'd share this to give you guys a good laugh.
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests. We finally have a look at Kamen Rider ZI-O and his "Time Change Forms"! I'll be honest, I like ZI-O's base design much more than Build's.
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Ohh, very nice to have forms inspired by the past Riders rather than flatly wearing their suits. Though the wrist gadget looks super bulky, wow.
I like them but they've gone rather off the deep end with the collectibles. Multiple huge bulky ones for ZI-O and the legend forms use them as shoulderpads.
I see there's a belt as well: is it going to be a connected thing like Drive or an actual wrist changer and the belt's just part of the costume (though they'll inevitably still sell it).
Shame about the fusion rider forms being false. Also the other form (the one that uses hiragana than katakana) could possibly be another rider entirely and that they use the same collectibles.
EDIT: They're katakana (Zi-O) and hiragana (other rider) respectively, not kanji.

Death is a companion. We should cherish Death as we cherish Life. Those forms are false? Damn, they were cool.
(V)(;,,;)(V)Would have liked to see some official fusion forms. I mocked◊ up◊ a◊ few myself◊, so seeing what the official designers could make would be cool.
I still like the real Legend forms though. Ex-Aid's were too samey for my liking.
Yeah, seems like only one rider form.
...So, how what powers will Decade bestow upon them eh?
Death is a companion. We should cherish Death as we cherish Life.Fusion forms would have been a terrible idea, anyway. Using Decade and Black together couldn't end well.
Mega Man fanatic extraordinaire
The whole wrist watch motif is bit on-the-nose in this one.
Also he literally has "Rider" written as his visor.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!
