Nihil Sine Nefas finally got the raws and the translation break is over, so here is chapter 118 & 119

This is one of those series that should be popular but not. Maybe the whole thing with a twelve year old girl showing romantic subtext to a man twice her age is putting the audience off?

Oh, and Mamoru: the baddest blind badass ever.

Yeah, there's always that, but Mamoru is completely oblivious to that and if that do end up married, it seems to be that she'll be an adult by that point.

Just wondering, do you read The Breaker, because the art style gives rather similar feeling.

It's on my to read list, as soon as I re-read Negima.

As for the latest chapter: The guy with the earrings' ability seemed kind of Shoneny to me, but I'll have to wait till the next chapter or whenever it's explained. Also, new Memetic Molester found. And they even did a Completely missing the point about it in the end of chapter joke.

If this ever does come to the states as a legally available series, I think I'm going to miss the end of chapter jokes from Nihil Sine Nefas the most. Same with Vagabond, honestly.

I used to read it, but I got bored of it. Mamoru is way too much of a Boring Invincible Hero for my tastes.

I think I quit after he sliced a tank with a broken sword.

Never read it, but I really liked the art style of the article, for some reason. Is the whole manga like that (apart for the colors, of course).

I never really felt that he was boring invincible hero because one always felt that he really had to work for all of his victories, he always has help, and he always ended up all torn apart.

The story right now has a lot more people involved who are his equal.

I love UDDUP! The artist also did the art for a not very well known manwha called XS Hybrid, that was pretty awesome, (it's too bad it's on hiatus) >.<

I never found Mamoru to be a Boring Invincible Hero (and even if I did, his hotness overrides everything else) And yeah, Mamoru was actually having a difficult time this most recent chapter. I think rather than any physical obstacles though, such as the battles, his main conflict in the story is staying enough of a good guy that his own people don't go after him. This story is really about Mamoru wanting to cut up anyone who seems like a challenge, especially if they are after Haruka, and Haruka trying to keep him on the right side of the line so the Elements Network doesn't decide he's a threat and go after him.

Also, in my opinion, Nihil Sine Nifas is the official translator. I can't see anyone else doing any better than them.

Is it good? I mean, it isn't marred with gore and rape like Ubel Blatt, right?

There's a bit of blood but nothing I would really describe as gore. I think there may have been threatened rape, but nothing on screen.

I'd say it's pretty clean except for a bit of blood. It's not, say, Wolf Guy or Hellsing status.

Not so sure how I feel about this arc yet. It seems...really weird so far.

Yeah, it needs more Mamoru kicking ass.

The villains feel...saturday morning cartoonish. If you know what I'm getting at. So I'm just not taking the situation seriously.

It also seems totally random that they are trying to fight in a school while classes are actually going on. And why the hell are all these badasses hidden away in the staff?

I think he's pretending that everyone has read his previous work Jesus.
