Desmond will be looking for the Grand Temple in upstate New York. The end of Revelations showed us a fairly rural landscape but we don't know anything else. Presumably he'll learn useful skills from Connor via the Bleeding Effect and we'll see some modern tree-running, but who knows?
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Not gonna lie, for a minute, I was really confused about Katrika being here. Then I remembered that the site is in April Fool's mode.
Hope they do stuff near Saranac Lake, the big town in it. Ubisoft would like the downtown area odlf it, and it's centrally located, but I suppose it's too public.

April Fools FTW!
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!False, that video was released yesterday, March 31st. IT'S GONNA HAPPEN, GUYS!
Support Gravitaz on Kickstarter! If you'll notice, the site has been treating it as April 1 since yesterday, as well. The policy on such jokes seems to be "As long as it's April 1 somewhere."
Finally, a use for my Kinec—oh.
It's not over. Not yet.i want those dual hidden wii-mote thingies
This is crazy. I can buy the Freedom Edition for the same price as what I paid for the utterly shitastic Mass Effect 3 CE.
See, Bioware? That's how you do a Collector's Edition.

It's not over. Not yet.I'm conflicted about that Edition. On the one hand I spent money on the ME 3 CE and got jack but I still paid for it... On the other hand I don't want to drop 100$+ on another game...
Wait... Mayan Ruins? A) That's nowhere near the 13 Colonies and B) Are they really getting into the 2012 end of the world conspiracy? I thought they were just lining up the dates.

Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects.I paid $130 for the Revelations CE and got an amazing 250-page encyclopedia and a 20-minute long animated film that brought closure to Ezio's story. I got my money's worth on that one.
I should have learnt my lesson from the ME 2 CE, but I didn't.
It's not over. Not yet.Dunno about the Mayan ruins. But this is the guy whose weapons are a reward for completing it.

It's not over. Not yet.I still have my AC 2 and Skyrim special edition stuff around. I love the statues, and I keep nerf darts in the box.
I'll definitely be getting this special edition. :3
Very big Daydream Believer. "That's not knowledge, that's a crapshoot!" -Al Murray "Welcome to QI" -Stephen FryI paid $80 for ME CE and got a sweet soundtrack and didn't have to worry about DLC bullshit.
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterGuys, OF COURSE there are Mayincatec ruins scatted around the US. Haven't any of you seen the award winning documentary National Treasure 2?

So, two things:
1) Ubisoft explained that while Philadelphia will not be a major part of the game, it will still be part of the game. It won't be a major part due to the fact that as a grid system, it's not as fun to play, and the technical limitations of having a 3 mile draw distance would be not worth the hastle to over come right now.
2) 3 is going to focus more on Desomond's story, moreso than the last 4 games.
Very big Daydream Believer. "That's not knowledge, that's a crapshoot!" -Al Murray "Welcome to QI" -Stephen FryThat second thing makes me happy in the pants. I know I've mentioned before that I love the Myth Arc of the series and I want to see it satisfactorily concluded.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Others might not react to the news as well as you did though Fighteer.
I'm in agreement though and I think they'll come with a satisfying conclusion to the doomsday plot we have going on.
UBISOFT!!!!!!!!!
How dare you leave the center of the American Revolution out of the game?
I shall have my satisfaction!
Maybe the game will focus on less known events? Or the game will have a "Brotherhood" equivalent that expands on things; isn't it supposed to end before the Revolution really gets going?
Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects.No. It goes to 1783, which is the year the war ended.
Um... Exactly what's wrong with Philadelphia being more of an additional area than the main area of the game? Most of what happened in Philadelphia was pollitics. The big battles and people more importaint to the fighting were elsewhere.
It won't be all that hard to find reasons for some of the founding fathers (and others) to be in Bosten, not Philadelphia, at different points in the game.

Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Are we thinking that Connor may take a direct role in the Revolution at some point? For example, Washington asks him to assassinate a key enemy general or some such.
By the way, I've been doing some reading up on the period. I have no idea before I looked into it that the French were involved. They didn't mention any of this is at school. When they did discuss it at least.

Do we think the Desmond portions will take place in the Wilderness, like how the sections in Brotherhood took place in Monteriggioni and the Colosseum?
Or will there be an entirely new area to explore?
