Right, because BLM had fuck all to do with WBD and Looney Tunes.
Heck, they stopped syndicating the old cartoons with blackface long before BLM was ever a thing.

Disgusted, but not surprisedEdit on second thought: maybe I shouldn't engage. I should just holler for the mods.

New theme music also a boxAs far as entirely animated Looney Tunes feature length films goes, there are the compilation films from the early 80's (The Looney Looney Looney Bugs Bunny Movie, Daffy Duck's Quackbusters, etc) but since those aren't entirely original animation—the have original animation framing sequences and are otherwise made up of already existing shorts—I don't know if they count.
More of Bugs being awesome.
reminded me to post Bugs doing a song and a dance as part of a dream sequence in a live action film
New theme music also a boxRealistically speaking, people probably will use him once he's public domain. But he becomes public domain way later than most of the core cast does. (I think it's like 2040-something?)
My dA: https://www.deviantart.com/toko90sI think you're assuming they'll allow their characters to enter public domain,I have the strongest feeling they won't.
New theme music also a boxI dont think that's something they can prevent, if DISNEY couldnt who can?
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.Honestly, Pepé Le Pew's shtick grew tiresome and just not funny after the first couple shorts.
The one short I actually enjoyed was when the tables were turned and Pepé Le Pew for once got to know what it felt like to be pursued by an unwanted admirer.

I think you'll find they can actually,Disney could have but they didn't
New theme music also a boxBecause they knew it wasn't going to go ahead. Times have changed since they extended the copyright act.
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."Why do you care so much about this one character?
New theme music also a boxIf the thump didn't make it clear; it's time to talk about something else.
TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faerThis relatable to anyone having trouble sleeping!
Daffy duck being helpful as usual..
New theme music also a boxSince Daffy's come up, here's one of the funnier newly-animated jokes from the compilation films:
(Mel Blanc's aged voice is, admittedly, a little depressing, but at least they got Mel Torme to sing for him in this one.)

"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."this is why you hire a rabbit and not a duck!
(aka Duffy duck tries to get a job and well, does not succeed)

New theme music also a boxJust wanted to share this really cool Warner Bros 100 collab! The file was too big to outright upload here, but I'll still post the link.
According to the uploader, there's 726 Warner Bros characters in total.
It probably doesn't help that the Looney Tunes movies so far take themselves way too seriously. They're all about the Looney Tunes facing existential crises one way or another. Even the first Space Jam was about them facing enslavement by aliens. Back in Action is about Daffy being fired and Bugs realizing his act doesn't work without Daffy as a foil. A New Legacy starts off with the Looney Tunes drifting apart since they feel irrelevant in modern times, with Bugs becoming depressed and lonely since he's the last holdout.
Even Coyote vs. Acme, according to the leaked plot spoilers, would have revealed that Acme Inc. has been running a cruel social experiment on Toons all along by selling them deliberately faulty products.
