Fred becomes much more likable when he learns Wilma is pregnant. I loved how much he loved his Pebbly Poo. And later seasons will introduce jerkier characters like the Great Gazoo (he is funny though.)

Seth Mc Farlane has himself compared Peter to Fred Flintstone (I think there was an episode where someone was giving a police sketch artist a description of Peter, and the artist drew Fred). There were rumors awhile back that Mc Farlane was going to helm a new Flintstones series.
Fred is intended to be a loudmouth and frequently a bit of a jerk, but lovably so. He usually ends up doing something to redeem himself.
I wonder when we might finally get updates on Dr. Seuss The Cat in the Hat in the future. There was rumors floating around last summer that Chris Evans would voice The Cat. Apparently it was aiming for a 2024 release but moved been to 2025. Maybe WB might gives more updates when The Day the Earth Blew Up later this year. After seeing how surprisingly good the Green Eggs and Ham Netflix series turned out. I'm actually cautiously optimistic on an animated Cat in the Hat Movie.

Chris Evans? I don’t think he’d be a good voice actor for the cat. I’d like to see how an animated feature would play out. I’ve only watched the live action one. It’s a bit of a guilty pleasure.

I'm more curious on how the art-style will look like. I'm imagining some sort of Painted CGI look trying to replicate Seuss' designs.
Warner Brothers Animation has been very secretive on their animated Cat in the Hat Movie since didn't gave any further updates since 2018. Which was the same year they announced the Green Eggs and Ham Netflix series. We don't even know if the film would be 2D animated or CGI.
The second and final season of the Green Eggs and Ham series took two years to complete. The 2D animation during Sam-I-Am's dream sequence of his mother
really shows how much effort was put into the show.

Not only was Moebius a graphic artist, he was an icon in the comics industry. He was even iconic enough to at one point work on The Silver Surfer at one point with (I believe) Stan Lee at Marvel. Pretty talented and individual guy for sure.

I keep having the fabricated fear that Pepé Le Pew is in fact “retired”. His last (hopefully not his final) appearance was the Animaniacs reboot segment “Yakko Amakko” in 2021 where they made him a punching bag. He was erased and his cry for help indicated that he is gone. I don’t support the idea of basically ignoring an important part of history for whatever is popular.
I just wish the character was used again but they no longer make him a lover chaser but instead he is a French charmer, maybe use Penelope as the one who is in love with him.
It’s so dumb worrying about it. I need to let it go. I just want someone to rewrite the character before he falls in the public domain. I don’t want him to be remembered as another cheap horror movie.
