It's funny, I thought this one was in-universe examples only.
I think making it that would be a good idea.
It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? - motto of Omsk BirdYea, there really shouldn't be any real life examples in this trope, unless we're gonna make it YMMV.

Yeah, I think it might be a good idea to edit out all but the Audi example under the Other category since that seems to be where some people put real life examples (I do not see much substantiation in any of those kinds of examples either, just generalizations).
I feel like having real life examples may lead to more complaining about political correctness and I do not think that kind of thing really serves the purpose of the wiki at all. Your mileage may vary though since I might be wrong about the existence of such complaining with the inclusion of real life examples.

"irhgT nm0w tehre might b ea lotof th1nmgs i dont udarstannd, ubt oim ujst goinjg to keepfollowing this pazth i belieove iN !!!!!1 dI think we should have some more extreme examples in real life section for comparison and illustration and limit examples in media to the in-universe ones
"Take your (...) hippy dream world, I'll take reality and earning my happiness with my own efforts" - Barkey"Christmas movies avoiding the word 'Christmas'" is an in-universe example.
It's a trope used in a way that it has effect on the work' universe.

Definitely no real life examples. The fictional examples get the trope across perfectly well. A Real Life example section is just asking for ill-formated natter. Sorry. Just asking for differently-formatted alternate-to-wiki-goaled conversational scrimmage scufflebuttle.

Well there is folder called 'other' which is really just real life examples.
New theme music also a boxI cut the "Other" section and moved the one non-real life example to a new commercials folder. I think that it was okay for me to do that given that real life examples were not allowed anyway, but if someone can give a compelling reason to restore those examples, I guess we could do that.
Feel free to check my work here too, in case I messed up somewhere.

Fight smart, not fair.Alright, I switched it to Advertisements. Does it look okay now?

Guys, something's gotta give. We can not have a trope titled called Political Correctness Gone Mad and keep real life examples
Where are the Real Life examples? None of the subsections have a Real Life folder.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.All the examples in the first soft-split. They're used in media, but they're real-life, as in not parodies.
It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? - motto of Omsk BirdBump, pretty much, Examples of Actual Real-Life Political Correctness are not parodies of Political Correctness.
Yes, cut the whole first section. Whatever those are, they're not the trope about characters taking P Cness ridiculously too far.
So, are we agreeing to cut the first section?
I think we should divide examples of 'actual political correctness' between the IRL ones (i.e. Christmas movies avoiding the word 'Christmas' or being called out on using it) and in-universe ones (i.e. South Park example: characters being forcibly sent to 'tolerance camp' for complaining about teacher having gay sex in class). It would be less confusing
