Both Motive Decay and And That's Terrible have the exact same picture and effectively the same caption? Methinks that's a problem.

Since the picture in question is the Trope Namer for And That's Terrible, it stands to reason that Motive Decay should be the one to change.

I think it works better on And That's Terrible. That said, Lex Luthor might be above our limits for JAFAAC as Superman's primary villain.

Oh, the image would probably work if the caption supported it properly ("Weren't you trying to Take Over the World?" "I remember when he used to try and kill Superman." Etc.), but it would still be much better for And That's Terrible.

I can imagine it being picturable if there's a comic where it's clear what the motives are early on in the work within a single panel, and one where its clear what the motives are after a few years of strips within a single panel... But have no idea of any example works where good enough panels for that might be findable.
