Plug will only play a part where infiltration/multi-battles are necessary. As the smallest Pokemon in existence, he's not gonna be capable of 1 vs 1 battling.

Also, I'm waiting for either Belial or The Ginkei cause Tatsu has more or less found them.

I'm all right with the Taillow visiting Sluggard. He's dropping off a new surf board or something.

Librarian, Jet and Striker are following Kori and Leo, right? I wouldn't be screwing something up by having them react?

^^ Well, he's surfing on the beach near the docks right now, so he's probably visible.

I just went with 'anywhere'' in the city, thus why "Open ended enough to be noticed".

Maybe you could go to the beach and see Sluggard and the Taillow talking to one another.

And Firebert, I'm going to wait for you to post and do something with Crewe before Jet does anything else.
