Is there any topic or subforum specific to captions?

Not the images, we have the subforum for that.

I mean, there are a lot of times when I see a trope in which the picture is perfect and explains everything, but the caption below it is just so... bland. Lots of times it's just gushing, other times the caption just describes the image, such as an image of a character falling and the caption goes "Character shows us how to fall" or something.

It was just bothering me for a while, so I thought, why not something like Image Pickin', only for people who want to change the captions to something more fitting or at least witty other than bland?

Also, I'm not sure this topic here should be in this specific subforum either. >_>

The discussion page for the article in question ought to suffice, but if you really want to get bulk opinions, there's no reason not to bring it to Trope Repair. The main reason we segregated IP is to provide separate crowners.

Sounds like something that could be handled in Image Pickin' pretty well.

Well, I was afraid if I tried to make a topic in image pickin' that is not about image pickin' people would start pickin' on me.

We've got "image source needed", I don't think it'll be a problem.
