Spencer: Okay, fine. But c'mon, let's train! What moves do you know? I know Tackle, Leer, and Charge!

Spencer: What? Don't worry, not everyone has good moves early on!

Hunter: No, it's just... I have no idea what moves I know.

Spencer: -cocks his head- ... I'm not sure. I've never met anyone with that problem before.

-Spencer has tackled him, knocking him back-

Spencer: I bet if we battle, you'll remember what moves you have!

Hunter: That's such a stupid idea!

-Umbra, Lina, and Gino then enter-

-Spencer tackles Hunter again, who starts growling loudly. Spencer shivers a little, and hops back. Hunter gets to his feet, still growling-

Hunter: I told you to KNOCK IT OFF!

-as he yells, a wave of sounds comes from his muzzle and knocks the Shinx back, who grunts-

Spencer: -sits back- Hey! That's Sonic—Yowch!

-Hunter slams into him, moving fast enough as to be nearly invisible. Spencer is thrown back and lands on his back, yelping. Hunter drops down into a sitting position, panting, as the Shinx flips back onto his feet and runs over, looking overjoyed-

Spencer: Hunter! It totally worked! You used Growl, Sonicboom, and Quick Attack! See, I told you it would work!

Hunter: Yeah. I -pant- guess you -pant- did.

-he heaves himself back onto his feet-

Hunter: Can we stop now? I've never battled before. At least, not as a Pokemon.

Spencer: What was that last bit?

Hunter: Nothing! Let's go.

Spencer: Okay! Oh, maybe we'll sleep at the guild now that we work there!

Hunter: Well, I guess I do need a place to sleep while I'm here...

Spencer: C'mon, let's go!

-Hunter sets off before Spencer can grab his paw. The Shinx, looking ecstatic at this new enthusiasm, sprints after him-

Hall

Rex: *stirs* ...Ohhhh...my head...

Airship Hall

-reaches Mezzo-

...What happened?

Mix: <Mezzo attacked Rex 'cause she thought he was Forte.>

Mix: <Yay, he's awake!> -nuzzles Rex-
