Harriet moves closer to Shahinne to keep her well-guarded.

Harriet: <Oh... sorry but we haven't seen Yuki... We've been very busy raising Shahinne...> — to Faith — <I hope Shahinne's friends can be around to play sometime...>

Meanwhile, Shahinne picks a couple of nuts and goes to hide in Harriet's plumage to eat them. She chirps and mentions something about silly Pidgeys.

Copahue -to Orchid: <Y-you can always ask Silent about Maekrite, if you know how to contact him...> — thinks for a moment — <I-I'm a Fearow from Kanto... been with Silent for a while...>

Harriet notices Dash and waves a hi. Meanwhile, Shahinne peeks out, trills, and calls for Breezy.

Copahue -to Faith: <T-thanks for letting us stay here...>

Nice to meet you Call.

-Shakes Call's hand-

Panpour: -Climbs up on top of my head-

Nudi: <That used to be my spot...>

Lilycove - Future

Call: "Nice to meet you too, Tagg... So who's the team?"

"Oh! Your egg hatched too! Have you decided on a name for..."

<Andre: "... Wait, who are these other mons?">

<Cleo: "Clearly they must have awesome code names or something!">

<Francis: "Ugh... They not secret agents, okay? Honestly, where do you come up with these idiotic ideas?">

Lilycove in a Soonish Floating Future

After some insistent biting, the unnamed Ekans blinks at Silent's arm.

Algira: <Heh... it's trying to nom you... :3>

Maekrite chuckles at the snake's attempts, which prompts the snake to turn, size Maekrite up, and give him an attempt at a Leer.

Maekrite -to Silent: <Awww... he tries to Leer just like you...>

Ekans: <*hiss* *hiss*>

Maekrite raises a paw and tries to call Ekans's attention, but the mon quickly loses interest, then wraps itself tighter on Silent's wrist and, rattling its tail, tries to bite again.

"Awww, he seems to like me."

Sol -tilts head: <Uhm... isn't this, like, eh, bad? He's biting your Trainer...> — turns to Maekrite — <and he's probably already ready for the kill.>

"Sol, it's OK."

Sol: <...But...> — blinks.

Silent and his team start picking up their stuff to go to the Lilycove Store or the Pokémon Center, with Ekans having coiled and slithered from Silent's wrist to shoulder, staring at Silent's neck.

Sol -follows intently: <...I still say it's dangerous...>

The team starts marching up, Dintel carrying the remainders of the egg, staring at them intently and giving some glares and growls at Ekans when it looks down.

Dintel: <...I took care of it for days. And you broke it.>

Ekans -blinks, coils: <*hiss* *hiss*>

Dintel: <...Grrrr....>

- Is awake, looking at my three Pokémon eggs -

Odette: <... I hope the other trainers' little Pokémon will still be fairly young enough to play with these three once they finally hatch.>

- Pets Odette's head -

Yeah.

Odette: (flies up and lands on my head) <Hopefully, this tournament will be over soon, so we can move onto Lilycove. I look forward to checking out the many things worth seeing in that city!>

Lilycove - Future

<Thibodaux: "Heh. Nice to meet you all. I'm Thibodaux.">

<Gauss: "Name's Gauss.">

<Rawk Hawk: "Rawk Hawk here, bringer of pain and awesome- OW!">

-Is jabbed by Willow, who happens to be holding an incubator with a Totodile egg in it-

<Willow: "Save the antics for the battlefield! I'm Willow.">

<Speck: "I'm Speck.">

<Doppelganger!Nadia: "And I'm Nadia...">

-Noticing Gaia staring at him-

<Speck: "Er... Hi?">

Somewhere In Lilycove...

Lake: <And then the Basket aspect turned him into a Charizard.>

"A Charizard? I guess she hasn't gotten that out of her system yet."

Lake shakes his head.

Lake: <We'll have to talk about it with her I guess. Anyway, thanks to the effect the hive-mind had on him, Tangent's aspect was defeated and we cleared the mindscape.>

"Oh, that's good."

I frown.

"I just hope this isn't something you have to deal with every night though."

Lake nods, also frowning.

Lake: <I was happy to help, but I was a bit annoyed that I couldn't get to the- OW!>

The Feraligatr winces, feeling a set of jaws clamp down on his tail. Glancing back to see what he is, he finds a certain Trapinch nawing on the end of it.

Trapinch: <Tail is fun to bite! Yay!> ^_^

He happily continues to chew on Lake's tail, me and Lake watching with with interest.

"Aww, he's a cute little thing, isn't he?"

I go over and pick the little Pokémon up, the Trapinch fidgeting happily in my arms.

Trapinch: <Wheeeee~, I'm flying!>

Lake smiles at the Trapinch, reaching out to pet him gently.

Lake: <He sure is. So...have you decided on a name for him yet?>

"...I do have something in mind."

Lake glances at me, an interested look on his face as he continues to pet the Trapinch, who chitters happily in pleasure.

Lake: <Oh?>

"Yeah, I was thinking of naming him Dusty...after the Flygon the other me had, remember?"

Lake nods, recalling the brief time he had spent with the Flygon during that month they had spent in the other universe. Unfortunatly, Lake and the others had been far too busy dealing with mad Samurott and a murderous Emboar to get to know him better. And while Luke had tried to track him down in the month following those events, he hadn't had any luck finding him.

"So, do you like it?"

Lake tilts his head at me.

Lake: <Yeah, but it's not up to me, is it?>

He glances down at the Trapinch.

<What do you think, little guy? Do you like the name Dusty?>

The Trapinch gives Lake a quizzical glance. Then, deciding that he likes the name, he nods, smiling happily.

Trapinch Dusty: <Yay! Dusty's good, I like it!>

We both grin at the Trapinch.

Lake: <Dusty it is, then.>

-Jeff is back at the hotel, having been asleep since early Monday morning-

ZZzzZzZzz...Huh? What time is it? Hmm, half past noon. Well, I did go to sleep at like 1 in the morning.

-Turns on a TV to check the news-

Wait. It's FRIDAY!? I slept this long!? How the hell did that happen. Well, I need to find out what happened the past few days

-Heads off to get some food, then to the Pokeringer stands-

Silent, Sol and Algira are discussing what to name the little Ekans who is now climbing up to Silent's head.

Algira: <Isn't it cute?>

Dintel and Maekrite: <...That was my spot...>

49: I hope you got some good rest, Ygorl... cause you need to dodge, now.

(Ygorl jumped out of the way before the Ice Beam could hit him)

Ygorl: <You know I've been seeing what you've been doing from inside your pokeball. You're a really strong pokemon. I doubt I can beat you, especially since my Poison Touch ability won't affect you... but I'll try.> (Rushes at Maekrite to use his Sucker Punch attack)

Goldenrod, Rex's House

Tanith: <... ... ...> *sighs, looking morose*

Faith: There there... *picks her up and pats her head* Let's not crowd our guests, everyone. They're still trying to get acclimated.

Tanith: *feels bad, man*

Amia: <Hey! Be nice!> *floats around Harriet, trying to Heart Stamp her...only to have no effect*

Silent v/s 49, Present

Maekrite tilts his head at the Croagunk.

Maekrite: <...What? I can't hear well what you're oh wait, battle...> — hops back.

Well, if he's going for short-range... Maekrite still has a couple of physical strength bonuses...

Silent, knowing that the Nidorino is temporarily impaired to get commands, strongly taps the ground with his heel as an indication for a Peck; after a couple of times the Nidorino seems to catch on the vibrations.

Maekrite: <Oh... right, probably can't buy distance against these opponents anymore...> — heads in for a Peck, is Sucker Punch'd in the meantime.

Lilycove Dept. Store, Soonish Future

Silent has returned to the store with the egg Ekans coiled on top of his head. Maekrite and Sol walk along, followed by Dintel and Algira, the Sandshrew still holding the pieces of the egg.

Ekans♂ -looks around: <*hiss* hungry! *hiss*>

Maekrite -gushes: <Isn't it cute? I'll hunt something for->

"Don't worry, Maekrite..." Silent sits on a bench, letting some people around pass. Ekans meanwhile looks in all directions, not understanding anything of what happens around. "I'll go buy something for the Ekans, Sol you will follow me so that we can buy your books."

Sol -twirls tail: <Oh... I wanted to stay with the little thing but... oh well...>

Silent and Sol walk away, after letting the Ekans to rest on Maekrite's back. Ekans stares in their direction as they leave, then turns to Dintel.

Dintel: <...> — stares back.

Ekans: <...> — stares back, noticing Dintel has something in his paws.

-Is awake-

Lilycove Department Store

Treeo: <So, you've been in there, Lake?>

Treeo briefly looks away from the towering structure to glance at the Feraligatr, who nod in confirmation.

Lake: <Only once before, and we didn't get anything.>

Treeo: <Oh, I se- OUCH!>

Feeling a sharp pain in his rear, Treeo gazes over his shoulder to find Dusty nibbling on his pine-like tail.

Dusty: <Mmm! Your tail tastes different from the blue one's!>

Treeo sweatdrops at this. Comet, seeing what Dusty's doing, quickly hides her own tail, fearful that he would try and bite it and get his jaws burnt for his trouble.

Comet: <We need to get him something to chew on.>

The Sceptile nods, gently pulling Dusty off his tail, and setting him down again, the Trapinch chirping happily.

Lilycove - Chronologically After the Pokeringer

"... Eh? I don't really fo-"

-And chances to overhear Nudi's comment-

"..."

-And looks back at Speck-

"... Are you sure? I mean, I wouldn't have known or anything... When I first saw that Flygon you're talking about, he was a bleeding heap with chunks of his exoskeleton missing and a left wing that was barely still attached..."

-Aside-

Call: "Er... Is something the matter?"

<Toothless: "... Sort of.">

-To Teala-

<Speck: "... Uh... What are they talking about? Did we run into each other before or something?">

<Teala: "... I think that they think that they did, but I'm not sure...">

(Croagunk steps back a little to avoid Maekrite's peck)

Ygorl: How about you have some Revenge? (Closes in Maekrite to perform his Revenge attack)

-wakes up-

Katie: -still looks rather windswept from her flight yesterday-

Silent v/s 49

Maekrite -tilts head: <Rrrrrr~ ...What? What makes you cringe? Rrrrrr~> — flickers ears.

Silent facepalms, then gestures for Maekrite to go ahead with Frustration (via chest-pounding). Maekrite hops back a short distance and lunges ahead growling, charging with his horn and left paw.

Lilycove Library, Soonish Future

Silent is walking from corridor to corridor, while Sol examines the shelfs looking for two books to buy.

Goldenrod City, Rex's House

Harriet is (or would have been) Heart Stamped.

Harriet: <...Oh?> — tilts head, tries to look up — <What happened? Are you OK little thing?> — looks at Amia.

Meanwhile, Shahinne peeks out from Harriet's plummage and sees Tanith.

Shahinne: <...Marco!> — returns inside.
