Good thing I started dialing a hospital then, though I think a pokemon centre will suffice.

This is a very special instrument, it's pure silver. It is also impervious to damage, though I have yet to take full advantage of that fact.

-Arrives at the pokemon centre-

Somehow I can sense things I don't think I can. But maybe it's just me noticing with the senses I have. Such as the thing embedded in your shoulder.
