Depending on how one types a Wiki Word the page title changes. For example, Superma Riob Ros vs. Super Mario Bros and Haruhis Uzumiya vs. Haruhi Suzumiya.
I do not think there is any problem with the actual trope page you mentioned itself.

"irhgT nm0w tehre might b ea lotof th1nmgs i dont udarstannd, ubt oim ujst goinjg to keepfollowing this pazth i belieove iN !!!!!1 dThis is known as The Problem with Pen Island. Article titles are not case sensitive, but the internal parser has to "guess" the correct capitalization/spacing for the title. It does so by adding a space before capital letters, which means that if somebody got the capitalization wrong, following the link means the title will appear wrong, when there's actually nothing wrong to begin with.
If you got here from a link within another article, go back to the article that linked it, do a (case sensitive) search for the misspelling and fix it.
An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.Actually, I saw it as the index title when I was browsing a random Badass entry. I was wondering why the index header was spelled that way.
For example: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BadassDriver
I was wondering how to change B Adass in the index to normal Bad Ass.

It's that way on the Index-Index, which can't be edited. It will have to be repaired at the Database Level
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Ouch.
Is there a way to report it?
@Madrugada: So, once in a blue moon The Problem with Pen Island actually is a problem? I was always wondering what the "Related To..." et al. functions used to do the capitalization....
An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.Can we get a sticky for things like this and an index error reporting thread? That'd probably cut down on the number of threads that result from The Problem with Pen Island, and give a proper place to report these kinds of errors on the indices.
Has this problem been resolved yet? Because the TRS tag is still on the main article, thus mistakenly giving the impression that there's a serious problem with the article.
