I've heard the English language mocked on foreign television, and I wasn't offended. It was interesting to hear how our language sounded to foreign ears.
Those blatantly racist remarks are an entirely different story, though.

Not surprising. The majority of you people aren't Asian, so you probably don't recognize this but the average Asian person can't go anywhere without hearing that accompanied by a spit or physical assault 24/7. Try dealing with it every day, 90 times a day-it'll eventually drive you up the wall.

There's also going to be a case of Chinese in North America complaining less for those in the superior money making positions. They'll get annoyed, shrug it off and go to work. For Chinese who do not hold good jobs, well tough luck, model minority!
As for racist description of the Chinese language, the problem is the tonal base, which makes a lot of Chinese words sound the same to anglophones even if they are completely different to a Chinese speaker.
