Is this the guy that's the source of the "Volcanic support when?" meme?
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."Yes, he's the Volcanic guy.
Where there's life, there's hope.New archetype and this kid is packing HEAT
So far it looks like were on track to having an option fpr each of the major summoning methods, and it seems pretty fun all things considered.

A Fusion/Ritual archetype? Interesting.
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.A boy and his talking gun.
Where there's life, there's hope.Oh, right, one of the Ritual cards is a Tuner.
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.wait, is that kid a reference to Azure Striker Gunvolt? he's got the same hairstyle and everything
that being said i totally dig the concept of this archetype aesthetically

Where there's life, there's hope.Keyguns>>>>>>>>>Keyblades.
After watching this video on cards with "ridiculous activation requirements", I'm considering the potential of a Dogmatika/Converging Wishes deck.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyThe Gizmek cards are interesting in that the series finally have low level monsters, and that one of them is the very first monster in the game with 50/50 original stats.
But the Suship cards are interesting because of their artwork and the basis of the archetype
Anyway,

IT BEGINS. Face-down Banished is soon to be your fourth hand, and permanent removal will be dead.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyYou do realize that effect is super specific with its target, right?
Plus normal banishing still screws with a lot of decks.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?permanent removal is kind of a pointless distinction anyway. If you truly wanted to get back a facedown banished card, you could do that for years : it's called Psy-framelord Omega.
More importantly, there's little to no practical difference between "permanent removal" and "got put somewhere you could theorically access again given an infinite amount of turns that you don't have because of the pace of the game."
Shuffling things back into the deck is still a very powerful method of removal because as it turns out, not that many deck can easily recover from it. Ditto for regular banishing. Infernoids's quick-effect D.D. Crow properties were still relevant last year when they experienced a minor resurgence.
"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."Actually, there are two cards older than Psy-Framelord Omega that also returns banished cards without any specifications, so face-down ones are also affected.
Infernoid Tierra, and Necroface.

So I believe what Wander is saying is that this is a sign things to come, not that this card is a problem by itself. Like nobody was making 'second hand' jokes when zombies first started getting graveyard decks, and nobody thought that DD decks being uniquely able to deal with Banish was a problem either.
But this is, y'know, a second archetype with a monster than can get back face-down banished cards. That's kind of how these things start.
"Canada Day is over, and now begins the endless dark of the Canada Night."That's what I mean. There's a saying I like (though I can't remember where I heard it), that is "That it happened once was improbable. That it will happen again is inevitable." The other "return from banish" cards are significantly restricted comparatively.
- Omega: A limited card, with an effect that's only usable on your opponent's Standby Phase, and only if you didn't use its main effect on your own turn.
- Tierra: Only once, immediately after its non-negated fusion summon, and only if you used 8 or more fusion materials.
- Necroface: Only during a non-negated Normal Summon.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyYeah, I understand the point that it's meant to be a sign of things to come, hence my point that even after all this time, most modern decks don't handle that well their cards being shuffled back into the decks or even regular banished to the point it's often undistinguishable from face-down banished.
"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."This guy's existence doesn't look very pleasant.
The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."It took them this long to attempt to make Cyberdark synergize with Cyber Dragon.
Where there's life, there's hope.Yeah, he sure looks like he wants to Cyber Dark End his life.
