I'd rather not give Thunder Dragons and future decks more abusable combos.
...I also very much dislike Aloof Lupine and wish it would get hit for similar reasons. ._.
I liked OCG list, that said. At least it banned a problematic card and moved a lot more stuff up. Ours should've seriously had a lot more stuff move up to 2 or even 3 at this point. Some stuff should stay where they are, don't get me wrong, but we could've had even at least one unban. With tourneys coming back, why not test the waters with a weird card that was banned? It'd make the format interesting for a few months, and re-ban if it needed. Snatch Steal had this situation and the format was interesting(though to be fair, Snatch Steal was surprisingly not a format definer even then. Qlis/Skill Drain/Vanity's Emptiness was the biggest format definer. Even D-Rulers were dying out, which is why they released a card to justify their ban, cause they already lost the format defining notion from before). But hey, we got a lot of cards back, I guess? So it wasn't a bad list either at that time(the one that banned the D-Rulers were a pretty cool list in how much it changed stuff up).
Aurora Borealis?
The sad, REAL American dichotomyI do not get why Linkross is so bad. The tokens can't even be used as link material.
Sign on for this After The End Fantasy RP.Apparently it allows for more Halqifibrax abuse.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I turns a simple Tuning into a Link 4, among other things.
Tuning searches Jet Synchron, who turns into Linkuriboh then revives for free to become Halqifibrax. Halqi gets O-Lion, then becomes Linkross and makes a level 1 token for O-Lion to tune into Martial Metal and come back along with another token. Link up everything linkable on the field and there you have it, a Link 4 all from one (1) searcher Spell Card. And if you do it with One For One instead, you even still get a Normal Summon afterwards.
Can I see tech it?
And keep in mind the OCG has 2 One for One's, not 1 like us.
So it's even easier for them to pull it off.
It was limited in the earlier OCG list too, which was not enough. It's actually a pretty important step in generating more fodder. With it gone, they're quite a bit limited. It also was actually a pretty good move to do instead of hitting even more Tuners. ETCO was out for a decent amount of time to justify the hit as is.
The only new thing I saw come up was a Great Inari Fire FTK not related to Linkross due to its banning during the next month.
Weird question, do you think Firewall was a wake-up call that caused Konami and the other rightsholders to make a game where the ace monsters aren't at risk of being Game breakers (Like Rush Duels) and thus can be marketed more?
Doubt it. Rush duels segregating themselves to japan is going to hamper the marketability of those cards more than Firewall ever did in the long run. Also, considering the shit they keep printing, I doubt they took the lesson to heart much.
"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."So, with MR 5, D/D/D decks can breathe again, right?
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.update in DL for Armored White Bear when
Also, Powered Crawler is called Powered Caterpillar in the manga, wonder why the name got changed.

Legendary Duelists Season 1 spoiler. And to no surprise, REDMD text update(which is also up on the database now).
I'm....really glad Melffy Rabby's vanilla text is not stupid.
What the fuck, they reprint practically every other Toon card...EXCEPT Kingdom?!
This years contenders are:
- Kuriboh
- Cyber Style
- Morphtronic
- Star Seraph
- Superheavy Samurai
- Trickstar
- Ice Barrier
- Gusto
- Tour Guide
- Kaiju
Quite a few in desperate need of attention. Ice barriers, morphtronics, and Gustos all desperately need some tune ups. Cyber style is kinda...vague. Cyber Dragons are already hot shit, so i hope they mean Cyberdarks. Keep Kaijus the fuck away, and Tour guide seems like a funny pick to finish up the Sangan lore.

I kinda want Ice Barriers to win so the deck can somehow be fixed. We might also get new Synchros out of it.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Ice Barriers and Trickstars would be my picks. Kinda like Decomposite Character applied to the upcoming Charmer deck :P

I hope Ice Barriers win if only to make Rata go ballistic.
"ROYAL KNIGHT OF THE FFFFUCKING ICE BARRIER RETRAIN!?!?"
Sign on for this After The End Fantasy RP.Rata's been quiet on youtube for a while. I hope he's alright!
Even though I was able to get Kaiju to help my Thunder Dragon deck work well... I've still gotta go with Ice Barrier. One of my OG favorite archetypes.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyhe's alright. He's on twitter making memes about various stuff.
"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."Honestly I might lean into Trickstars more until Konami can prove with the Charmers that they can make a cohesive deck with a series/archtype with so many disparate elements. At least if TS wins it'd be closer to a Shaddoll scenario at worse.
It depends:
The card was meant to be a swiss amry knife likehow Jadenused Sabatiel, but slower as you had to wait two turns, but the game had grown too fast for it and simialr cards like Ledger of Legerdemain to be viable for that purpose. Nowadays its used to proc on banish effects like the ones of thunder Dragon and Metaphys cards, or as a way to set up effects that are used to get to them faster than the two turns.
As it is, I feel like the card fell victim to Not the Intended Use, and feel like it should be hit if TD or similar decks become relevant again
