Actually, I think it's "Then there should be love," as there's no "ka" involved. Hmmmm...
"I should think that's love" strikes me as the most accurate translation. It's true that the "-ou" form is used to express volition in most cases, but in common use "darou" (plain form of "deshou") and "deshou" often express that one's not entirely certain about the statement (or perhaps is, but doesn't want to be aggressive in making it). The reason that I've written the translation as so is because in English the word "should" is used in a similar way in the expression "I should think so" and other contexts which express a supposition, while it is also used for volition. I thought it was a nice overlap, but for meaning alone "I guess/suppose that's love" work just as well.

I wasn't thinking of one in specific, it's just that is a very common trope that now narrows it down quite a bit.

Awww, I thought this would've lasted longer...
Tabi no Tochuu - Spice And Wolf - 21 facts
Explanation: The title of the song roughly translates to "During the journey". Incredibly, when I included a parenthesis, it became "Middle of the trip".

The hint reminded me of Brand New World from Inuyasha, and you also inadvertently quoted a song by Buono, who did the OP's and ED's for Shugo Chara. You sent me on a wild goose chase, but I'm only aware of one anime that satisfies Kemonomimi + Seinen. Its uniqueness was its downfall.
Extra rule: No questions using numbers or calendar terminology (dates, seasons, zodiacs).
