Delayed past 2011, thanks to Duke Nukem Forever (how ironic) and Borderlands 2.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I mean really, Duke Nukem Forever causing something else to be delayed?

Hurray, another Alien game focused on those puny human Space Marines. When the real Space Marines are just around the corner. That was after all the most fun part of the AvP games

The game looked almost done from magazine pics from like a year or two ago.

@Ana: This game is a tactical shooter like Rainbow Six. A lot slower, a lot scarier, and no HUD whatsoever.

Hmm… And I thought this got canned along with Obsidian's RPG project.

I love the Alien walking all over the exosuit. One common point of discussion in the fandumb is that if Ripley had to go toe-to-toe with a regular Alien at the end, she'd be pretty fucked. So it's nice to see that playing out.

So why don't you put TV Tropes in charge?!

Look, this is an emotional moment for all of us, okay? I know that. But, let's not make snap judgments, please. This is clearly-clearly an important trailer we're dealing with and I don't think that you or I, or anybody, has the right to arbitrarily quote Aliens at it.

I wonder if this game will Shout-Out the movie's dialogue a ridiculous amount, or won't because the rest of the shooter industry already did it for them.

They've got some proper license to; vernacular amongst the marines would probably be pretty similar.

Yeah, but like I said...the entire shooter industry pretty much has done is already for them. Dialogue is fairly easy to be changed, after all.

But, again, like you say...if they do, no one can complain, it is an spiritual adaption of the source.
