Daido exits his room with the Dusk and a sample of his blood. "Okay, now let's see the effects of this." Daido said, injecting the blood into the Dusk. The Dusk reacted to it in pain, as if it were some corrosive acid being put in. Soon, the Dusk melted into nothingness. "Hm... Works differently on these guys. Well, at least I have Pete." Daido said.

After all, the more the merrier. As long as he didn't act like Gilgamesh.

Bolas observed those who gathered with little interest. Information is a weapon and it is rare you arm your enemies, but certainly not unheard of. They all had a common opponent they faced, and hopefully the blades he would provide would end up pointed in the same direction.

"I am sure it has not escaped your attention we are not here at the whims of ourselves or others present. We are prisoners, caged by a jailer rarely seen. It likes to play its hand close, but we have gained some information in the latest event that may shed some light on the situation."

"We are not alone in our shackles, there are other teams operating at what very well may be different points on the same timeline, though they could be from a different multiversal nexus at a different time. What we do know is they are from the same multiversal group we are, our comrade Sec seems to have stumbled upon some flavor of racial enemy in a being we encountered. Fortunately for unit cohesion, neither survived the challenge."

"But that brings me to my point. Their team was much more organized than ours, and worked together instead of the constant infighting and petty bickering our inmates have displayed. They have many to contain them while we have but one, and while I doubt the gathering here goes unnoticed, so I cannot say more, the power of General Zod and I together would easily eclipse their entire ensemble. We cannot allow ourselves to be outdone by such rabble. Consider this an official call to curb your ridiculous tendencies to turn on each other at the slightest provocation. Those with them, spread the word to your followers and enforce it. Even if it will not allow us to free ourselves, it will at least let the challenges leading to that point go much smoother."

The great dragon looked on those assembled with unkind eyes. He did not doubt half those here would disregard his advice completely. They could be dealt with using other means. For now nonviolent cooperation was required on his part as well.

Flandre had sat down on the floor with her legs crossed and looked up at the dragon. She raised her hand like it would make a difference and said "I'll do that. I want to kick the butt of the guy in charge so lets finish his games quickly."

Bolas focused on Fate. "If you underlings cannot restrain themselves, they are liabilities instead of assets and should be summarily dismissed. It is a display of WEAKNESS if we injure each other instead of productively focus our energy. You are remarkably restrained, I pray your followers can emulate this exemplary trait."

After Flandre then spoke, the dragon nodded on her direction, as another private message; "You performed well."

Flandre beamed at the praise she received and rocked back and forth on the ground happily. This was something she was not used to. Of course she wasn't used to talking to anyone in general, but thats not the point.

Though still directed primarily at Fate, Bolas let his next thoughts be heard by all. "Do the innocent pay for the crimes of the guilty? Of course they do. That's the fate of the weak. To be strong is to realize this and sharpen yourself off what past infractions you have suffered. If you are a blade, you must remain honed for the necessary fights. Allowing yourself to be provoked into conflict by events now long gone is providing an opportunity to let yourself be dulled needlessly. As learning from your past is to be strong, to be STRONGER is to not allow your past to bother you. I am sure you, as much as anyone here, appreciate strength both of will and raw power."

As a telepathic message, the dismissal carried a tint of feeling that was not as harsh as the wording was made to be, a sense of politeness would follow the words.

Azula had spent some time quietly resting against a wall in the main room. At this point, however, she opened her eyes with something of a start, though only a slight jerk alerted anyone to the fact. She sat perfectly still a moment, taking things in, then got to her feet, narrowing her eyes slightly.

"I feel a need to train..." she murmured softly, starting for a further corner of the room, somewhat away from the others. "I have been lax too long in my duty to remain at the top of my skill."
