Sorry if this should have stayed buried but, well, the search bar brought me here.
I take it that the "autocomplete won't turn off" problem has become a running joke at Google headquarters because it seems every topic asking about it on the Google forums is either ignored, or responded to by a machine that keeps suggesting alternatives over fixing or listening to the actual problem.

Helllllooooo, apologizing for rudeness, but does anybody know why the vids don't work? Would I have to re-install Chrome? And would that result in all of my favorites and passwords getting deleted? Because if that's the case, then I'll just use Opera for vids.
