Wait... why does Sasuke only have one arm? There are at least 2-3 good medics we know of allied with Konoha and I'm certain Orochimaru or somebody has regeneration jutsu. And Naruto IIRC has a prosthetic arm.

The Naruto world has surgeons who can rip eyes out of people's sockets and transplant them, ninja magic and everything. They also have prosthetics. Sasuke is all about efficiency. Having two arms is generally more efficient, if not as cool as only having one.

Sasuke doesn't get his arm fixed out of principle, basically a physical price for his second chance

Naruto's other arm is made of Zetsu splooge like all the other organic replacement arms

The books hold the answer to that question. Tsunade made a prosthetic for Sasuke too, but he chose not to use it (probably as symbolic of his attonement).

I suspect his reluctance to stay in Konoha might have been a factor too.

I mean I can forgive Sasuke for:

• leaving the village that abandons children to live in single apartments
• fighting his friends while hopped up on drugs a creepy snake gang forced on him
• trying to kill the main character (seriously who wouldn't)
• training with a wanted terrorist (Orochimaru) and then killing said terrorist
• killing 2 additional terrorists (Itachi and Deidara)
• trying (and failing) to capture an enemy WMD (Bee) from a country that had previously kidnapped children from his
• killing a demagogue (Danzo) and threatening the other world leaders (who weren't on good terms to begin with)
• joining a war and proceeding to turn the tide in an uphill battle against a Physical God (Madara)
• teaming up with Naruto to fight and later seal away an actual god (Kaguya)

The things I can blame him for:

• killing those samurai in the Land of Iron (while under extreme amount of Heroic BSoD)
• trying to kill Karin and Sakura (as his Moral Event Horizon)
• trapping the Tailed Beasts (and doing his best Lelouch impression)
• abandoning his wife and daughter for extensive periods of time

But when I look back on this list I feel like limiting himself to one arm out of "principle" just ruins Sakura's sex life more than it atones for the bad things he did.

For all we know, amputee could be Sakura's kink...

Also I think her being a "terrible woman" wasn't at moving on from Sasuke, but rather if she only came to love Naruto after he became famous and popular.

I find using a metric like HOW MUCH FANFICTION it has dedicated to it

to be dubious with how easy it is to inflate

Thats like saying hinata is the most popular female character cause she has the most Hentai dedicated to her

x4 Well, I don't know which japanese sites Mr Seyker was visiting, but I assume he's talking about fanfiction or fanart. I mean, short of an official ship popularity poll, I can't think of a better way to get a feel of the popularity of a given ship than by the amount of fan-content dedicated to it. Those are the kind of places that people that give any fucks about shipping tend to hang out in, after all.

Sure, it's not perfect and has a lot of caveats, but even official polls can have that. And it's what we have.

The Bee one does't make sense because Sasuke was a known terrorist at that point. It'd make sense if he was still part of the Leaf, but he cut ties and was going to kill everyone in the leaf.

Gaara was at that meeting as well and tried to reason with Sasuke too. But he was too CRAWLING IN MY SKIN to reason with.

Well, despite what the novels are trying to portray their relationship as,both Sakura and Sasuke have a terrible relationship based on no true foundation.

Oh, for the love of... Sarada Gaiden pretty clearly stated that Sarada is 100% Sasuke and Sakura's daughter. Whoever wants to believe in that red herring of Karin being Sarada's mother is either an idiot like Suigetsu or has a bad sense of humour. And this comes from someone who couldn't care any less about Sasuke and Sakura's dysfunctional relationship.

Being awfully touchy for someone who apparently doesn't care.

Well, it does get a bit tiresome to read the same complainings/jokes about Sasuke and Sakura's "relationship" over and over again.
