Gameplay:

• Some Awakenings or Transformations would last until the end of a match, while some would be for a certain amount of time.
  • Not everyone would have one. Pt.1 Gaara would have a transformation lasting until match end, for example, while pt.2 Gaara would have a temporary awakening.
  • Some characters, you may select which to use, like with Street Fighter IV. This would be done after choosing a character. A character can only have one Transformation or Awakening, not both.
• Optional "ratio" fighting system mode: For those unfamiliar with this system, used in games such as The King Of Fighters and DBZ Supersonic Warriors, it's a mode where character tiers are given points. You have a certain amount of points to divide amongst your team (the optional mode would allow for you to change how many you can divide). So, say, for example, you had 9 to divide. Say, for example, Madara was worth 9, or you could go with three characters worth 3, or one worth 4 and one worth 5, or a 7 and two 1's, or so on.
• Certain teams would have special team attacks when used together, like Ino-Shika-Cho's WANK ATTACK! combination, or Ay and Bee's Double Lariat, or Hana and Kiba's 6 drill rush attack from the war opening.
• No assist-only characters
• One-on-One, One-with-assists, or tag combat options
• Italicized names for those characters who would are not set on the roster. If I were to do a sequel, they'd likely all be in.

Changes from the last roster:

• the only change from the last one so far is the removal of Kurenai,*
  because she has one jutsu that was a failure and while a genjutsu-based character would be interesting (she may actually go back in, maybe), I can't justify a moveset for her, and I have no attachment to her, unlike, say, Hana, who I can justify a moveset for based on what we know of her and her family, or Iruka, who I have an attachment to, even if it sadly means he's just there as the generic guy. I want him in a game, dammit.
• I split Kinkaku and Ginkaku into individual characters, splitting the weapons to not be broken.

Seriously, everyone else keeps on running. Except the guy they're trying to save.

To be honest, I just googled "One Piece fanart" and took what looked sort of interesting. The best fanart is always hidden. There's some good stuff in the fourth link though. The Akatsuki fanart was good, I thought.
