- Alternate Character Interpretation: Reimu is not the only one who is drastically different from both the source material and her typical Fanon interpretation. While some characters are closer to canon than most Fan Works depict them, and others are their nicer popular fanon portrayals, there are a few who are different from how most fans interpret them. Most obviously being Kaguya, who we first see helping Reisen and Twei clean Eirin's room
while Kaguya scolds Eirin for being lazy about her day to day chores because she's too busy researching. She's then later seen trying to get Mokou to take care of herself more. - Les Yay: This being a Touhou fanwork of course there's plenty of this. Remilia's crush on Reimu is just the most obvious example.
- Moe: At least, has this incarnation of Reimu has been nicknamed: "Rei-moe" by some fans, with her cuteness-kindness-youtfulness combination.
- Sweet Dreams Fuel: Just read this if you're coming off of the heels of a particularly sad or scary Touhou doujin.
- Tastes Like Diabetes:
- Any time Reimu interacts with another silent character (e.g. Sanae or Kisume). Seeing the two of them get along so well is just...aww...
- All five silent characters meeting together for "Talkless-fest". Helps that, judging by the use of Santa hats, it appears to be around Christmas.

- Reimu and Marisa swapping personalities. That smile on Marisa!Reimus' face...Reimu!Marisa: "I actually thought that was cute...and that's me...I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THAT WAS CUTE!"
