• Alternative Character Interpretation:
  • Darius keeping Hunter's Palisman a secret: is he doing it out of the good of his heart thereby proving that he is not entirely a narcissistic man, or is he intending on backstabbing Hunter later? After all, it is made clear that coven leaders are bound to turn against each other.
  • Why is Darius so concerned with Hunter's development? He acts cold and aloof to him due to his Yes-Man attitude, only to act affectionate when Hunter Grew a Spine. Is he genuinely pleased with his development as a person, or is he feigning affection for said development because he sees him as a useful tool for later? He goes to retrieve the "new recruits" himself when he could have just sent someone to do it for him. If he really did see Hunter as worthless before his Character Development, he could have had one of his flunkies do it for him. He calls him "little prince" and Belos has no children, so he probably thinks that Belos will make Hunter the next Emperor. Does he want Hunter to be a thoughtful Emperor who sees his subjects as people instead of just assets to use, or does he just want to avoid having an Emperor too eager to please that can be manipulated by just anyone?
  • Boscha's interaction with Luz and Amity is notably less hostile than the last time they met, resorting to just teasing Luz, something the human girl doesn't seem bothered by. Is it a sign that Boscha is mellowing down? Or is she holding herself back for another reason?
• Catharsis Factor: After everything Boscha has done to Luz and Amity, it’s rather satisfying to see her snubbed by them and get sent into a mild breakdown by their expressions of affection.
• Fanfic Fuel:
  • Boscha interacting with Luz and Amity in a less hostile context (Boscha still teases Luz, but far less so than in her previous appearances, and Luz doesn't seem bothered by it) sets up for plenty of fanart and fics to explore a potential redemption arc, even having Boscha join the Azura bookclub since she's the only character outside of Luz, Amity and King who has read even just an excerpt from the books.
  • Considering the fact that Amity's confirmed to be the only one in the Boiling Isles to buy the Azura the Good Witch books, how does that explain the fact that Boscha has read at least an excerpt from one of the books? Was Amity involved?
  • Viney and Skara are part of the Emerald Entrails alongside Willow and Gus. What events transpired that led to them being recruited, especially Skara, considering she used to be Boscha's lackey?
