• Inferred Holocaust: There's a brief mention that Chinese forcibly sterilised their males as the way to fight overpopulation. This means that they would face heavy risk of extinction once the virus strips them of their immortality, as they would be unable to repopulate the nation once the currently alive people starts ageing.
