YMMV / Star Trek Voyager S 3 E 19 "Favorite Son"

• Fetish Retardant: Whatever titillation can be gotten from all the women hanging off Harry's arm starts to wither when they start getting too insistent, and disappears entirely when we find Taymon's body.
• Retroactive Recognition: Malia, Taymon's first bride, is played by Kristanna Loken, several years before her starring role in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: The idea that Harry's actually an alien, genetically engineered to be a human until returning to his origin planet, could've been really interesting, especially since we could've used something to spice his character up a bit. To be fair, we do get a nice bit of character insight in his I Just Want to Be Special monologue. It never comes to fruition, though, because the episode's mostly about the spectacle of having a bunch of anonymous women pawing at Harry Kim all the time.
