YMMV / Sonic Limited Edition: The Lost Cartridge

• Friendly Fandoms: Fans of the series get along pretty well with fans of Needlem0use, as both are Analog Horror series that adapt the Sonic.exe Creepypasta.
• Narm:
  • Although the series is a pretty solid adaptation, most people agree that the final shot of Sonic lunging towards the screen to get James is kinda hard to take seriously because he moves too stiffly. It doesn't help that the model used is Modern Sonic, not Classic.
  • The Text-to-Speech voice Igel had in the first season is fairly creepy, stunted and stilted, helping to keep the character creepy... but its pronunciation of certain words like "pity" (which comes out as pee-tee), and the fact it's using Jaleel White's Sonic voice as a base defangs some of the horror a bit. As of "The One On The Phone", however, this has been lifted a bit, due to Jordan himself voicing Igel/Sonath from that video onwards.
