YMMV / Scarlet Lady S5 E6: Party Crasher

• Harsher in Hindsight: Much like how the series' take on "Sandboy" was written before the climax of Miraculous Ladybug's fourth season aired, this episode was completed before the airing of Season 5 episode "Derision". Kim's sheer obliviousness to how his actions are upsetting others is meant to be comedic, but comes off much nastier in light of how "Derision" blamed Marinette's inability to confess her feelings on an incredibly cruel prank that he and Chloé had pulled upon her years ago... with Kim still not understanding how much he'd hurt her.
