YMMV / Saki: After Story

• Fridge Logic: While the fic uses Japanese modes of address, it has Saki call Teru by her first name rather than "Onee-chan." This decision is rather strange, since being addressed as an older sister would have been the perfect way to press this fic's Teru's Berserk Button.
• Harsher in Hindsight: The fic's first chapter ends with Saki and Nodoka being badly injured and hospitalized after the tournament at the end of the first chapter. In Chapter 220 in canon, Hisa falls and injures her right arm during the tournament and since she hasn't played yet, she fears that if she goes to the hospital, she won't get back in time for her match, although she does manage to tough it out long enough to get through.
