  • Covered Up: "Eu" was originally by Graforréia Xilarmônica. Also, "Ando Meio Desligado" is often remembered as their song, but it's from Os Mutantes.
  • Funny Moments: The answering machine song, for being so unexpected; Boa Noite Brasil, for its end; and Mamãe Ama É O Meu Revólver because, well, it's impossible not to laugh when we finally understand what the song means.
    • Just about everything in the Música de Brinquedo Ao Vivo concert, from whenever the monster Muppets show up or the snark regarding the weird "instruments" they will use ("Now we're gonna try to ruin Xande's career by making him play a wobbly man").
  • Quirky Work: They certainly are a Weird Brazilian Thing that makes some of the quirkiest music possible, with things like "Hino Nacional do Pato Fu", whose lyrics are just "Pato Fu" and... well... "quack!", and albums performed on toy instruments.
  • Refrain from Assuming: "Depois", also know as "Café com guaraná", even if the word "depois" is in the chorus too.
  • Signature Song: Their Breakthrough Hit "Sobre O Tempo".
