- Accidental Innuendo: The name of the fifth ghost is Kinky. It doesn't help that his animation when combining has him "mount" and engulf the other ghost from the top. His Japanese name is "Hinekure", roughly meaning "perverse", so it was at least an accurate translation.
- That One Boss: Although the only one in the game, the ghost robot is surprisingly tough due to the large amount of ghosts chasing Pac-Man at once if the player hasn't collected the corresponding pellet yet. The second phase isn't any better; the robot has the common tendency to bounce into Pac-Man's way, and it speeds up when the last third set of pellets are left.
- They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: The second player controls a green Palette Swap of Pac-Man. Seems the developers forgot about Ms. Pac-Man.note
